Staff were excellent! Location is a comfortable walk to the main shopping strip. Grocery store and cafe’s were close to! Room was large and clean. We stayed in Andorra for 4 days and had lots to do. Over all a great stay.

Staff was very helpful and polite. Parking was not available on arrival at the hotel, and there is no Porte Cochere to drop bags. However, just park at one of the many nearby parking garages. Rate is same at all..24 euro for 24 hours. I recommend ‘Historic Centre’ as is like 30m walk to hotel. Rooms are nice and big, very clean and everything is available. 15 min walk to the shopping district.

Our favorite stay of our trip. The front desk clerk, Tomas, was a pleasure to chat with and so helpful. Thank you! The hotel manager went out of his way every day to make sure everything was great. The room was nice and all the staff was super attentive. Great location and garage parking available. We hope to return soon!

Great property. One of our two rooms had good AC and the other did not. We were only there for two nights so it was OK. We opened the window at night to help cool the room. Everything else is great about the state, but it would’ve been nice if the second room would’ve had a that actually cooled the room

Nice hotel centrally located

The room was okay but it's beginning to show some age. It's allegedly a five star but my opinion is that is more like 4 stars. The front desk persons were amazing and helpful. It is centrally located and within walking distance of anything in the center of town. We had no issues with the wi-fi and the parking garage was pretty convenient. I would stay again.

Für ein 5-Sterne Hotel gab es einige Minuspunkte: Wellness-Bereich sehr klein, es gibt nur drei Liegen und sind fast immer besetzt. Die Zimmer sind gut, man merkt allerdings, dass sie alt sind (Badewanne mit vielen Rostflecken, schränke von ihnen alt und zerkratzt). Ein gutes Hotel mit tollem Service aber die 5 Sterne sind zu viel.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Andorra la Vella und alles kann fussläufig erreicht werden. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und jeder findet etwas passendes zu Essen.
