"Stayed there is past weekend. Main elevator was broken which resulted in us walking way more than we should have just to reach an elevator. Every time we called housekeeping for any type of needs they told us to pick it up at the front desk which is sub par service. Also, when I search up to stay somewhere I like to ensure they have a hot tub/spa since I have back problems. So I specifically booked Homewood Suites because they had an hot tub/spa in the pool room. And what do you know? Hot tub...

"In our room the couch had a big rip in it and there was a board missing on the wall exposing cables and wires. For the price of the room I would not have expected these conditions"
