  • Port Andratx family house with pool. A Country house in Mallorca sleeps up to 6 people.
    Situated between the cosmopolitan fishing Port of Andratx and the town. 
    A pretty family house with a good size pool and the covered pergola area to dine or relax looking over the pool and landscaped gardens.
    The house has an open lounge, dining and kitchen (with dishwasher) with tv and wood burning fire. There are three-airconditioned bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, where you also find a bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the second bedroom with double bed and the third room with two single beds, these two rooms share the second full bathroom. In between the house and the pergola there is a charcoal barbecue area and plenty of gardens and grass for children to enjoy and play. 
    This is an ideal holiday house for people who want to relax and enjoy the views of the garden and countryside, just a short drive away from great restaurants and local tapas bars.

This gorgeous private villa is tucked away in the countryside but only a couple of miles away from beaches and Andratx. We wanted peace and relaxation which is exactly what it offers. We booked very last minute and communication with Sharon was brilliant. We arrived late in the evening and were met by Salvador who kindly provided some essential supplies! We were a family of 4 and found the house incredibly comfortable and spacious. There is aircon in the bedrooms and you can open doors and windows and benefit from a lovely breeze. The garden is beautiful and very secluded. There are a choice of areas where you eat undercover and shade from the sun. The pool is perfect and where we spent most of our time chilling out. We love this area of Mallorca. The port is great to wander around in the evening and there are a multitude of great places to eat a short drive away. Everyone we met from the rental company were delightful and we can’t wait to go back.

We, a four member Family, had a wonderful stay at your Finca in June, July of this year. The location is great, near enough to Porto D’andratx to reach it on foot, but also with the advantage that you can turn up the poolside music due to the secluded location up in the hills. The finca is quite a distance away from the next neighbours, so a very exclusive location indeed.Very spacious, very tidy & well kept, with a beautiful garden.The Finca has a very generous pool complex, an outside grill area, very spacious rooms, quite a good WLAN connection (but not excellent depending on where you are), there are many outdoor seating .There are two double beds in two separate rooms, two single beds & also a bathroom upstairs & downstairs. Salvador is a great agent to deal with & a very pleasant man to speak with generally. He reacts immediately if something is not “spot on”, we have rented the Finca twice to date, we will definitely be coming back!!Claudia &Gary

What an amazing family villa which we would all happily go back to tomorrow and to definitely stay for longer next time. The pool, gardens and covered seating area with great recliners are just fabulous and everything both inside and out were so clean and tidy. We enjoyed a family barbecue, sitting outside by the pool. Hi there, our stay at this property was great! The management of our trip by Tracey was very good from arrival to departure. Much of this was due to great communication, a responsive approach and a genuine desire to ensure we had a nice vacation. Summer 2021

We had a lovely stay here in August. Villa is very comfortable, everything that we needed. Pool and garden area are fabulous. Sharon and Salvatore were really helpful with any queries we had. We didn't hire a car and it may have been better to do this as it is in between Andratx and Port D'Andratx and takes 35/40 minutes to walk to supermarket. Taxis are available but slightly takes the spontaneity out of it, not a criticism of the villa or the information we were given, just a comment. We had a lovely holiday. Many thanks

“This house is a wonderful place to be in the hills near Andratx. We loved the view from the terrace and the clear water pool and the hose is nice, very clean and well furnished. It is just a 10 min drive to the restaurants in Port Andratx, 15 min to nice little beaches and we recommend to go on hikes in the area. Thank you, Salvador and the team of Spain rentals, everything in this vacation was well organized and check in uncomplicated . We recommend this house and Spain rentals to everybody and would love to come back again to this beautiful place.”
