"We stayed for 16 nights in this wonderful property with our three adult children and their partners. The villa was large clean and very well stocked with all we needed. The bedrooms were large, airy and very cool with the air conditioning working brilliantly in the hot weather. The outside space was fantastic with lots of shade under the trees, beautiful pool and plenty of sun loungers. All in all a truly memorable and thoroughly enjoyable trip with excellent hosts."

"Quel bel appartement ! Tout y est propre, il y a tout ce qu’il faut et les propriétaires sont très sympas. La vue est magique ! Le centre ville est accessible à pied et plusieurs plages de roche aussi. Très bel endroit."

"Beautiful property, lots of space for big families. Location is great, great for walking along the sea. The owner was awesome to work with and was always available for me. We were a family of 12, 8 adults and 4 children and we were very comfortable."

"The apartment was huge and beautiful--classic palazzo-feel, with three generously-sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a massive kitchen, and great living room. It was clean, quiet, with good AC and Wi-Fi. The staff were excellent communicators and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and other amenities were appreciated and the grounds of the property were gorgeously maintained. The attached espresso bar was classic. We parked for free on the street in front of the property, with no problems."

"We were the last visitors of the season before they closed so the resort was very quiet. That said, the entire staff was fantastic, our room was very clean and very comfortable. The views from our roof top terrace were incredible too. Do your own research on local excursions. Although the staff made a big effort we had a few misses on recommended outings. "

"Patrizia was just amazing!! So kind and accommodating! The place is absolutely stunning, and offers great privacy if you’re travelling with a few families with kids. The main house has two bedrooms and then there is a detached house with a room with a queen and on suite and another double room (queen in one and two singles in the other) which may only be available upon request/depending on how many ppl you are. The sixth room is accessible only from the outside by pretty steep stone steps. Therefore it’s appropriate for an able bodied adult (or two). The room has a queen bed and onsuite! All bedrooms were air conditioned and super comfortable! No air conditioning in main living area! Also, in August, because of the lush gardens, there were mosquitos. Bring repellant! The area is super cute with cafes, restos, piazza all in walking distance!! We absolutely loved our stay!!"

"This is a very special place, beautiful location to just relax and unwind and enjoy your vacation. If you want immerse yourself in a traditional Italian experience then Poggiardo is for you, people are helpful, super friendly, and its extremely safe. very central to explore the region. Maria was a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend this Villa for a great vacation, its perfect. "
