"Breakfast selection was good. Parking was easy and felt safe."

"Front staff lady was not helpful. Parking signs were up saying you needed to pay on an app and she never offered a parking pass. I only knew because I heard a different front staff offer it to someone else. It cost me $17 extra. There was also a loud barking dog that I heard someone else report to staff, they said they couldn’t do anything. It barked for hours and was in the background of my virtual meeting. The dumpster was picked up at 5am slamming around and woke up several guests, it was discussed at breakfast."

"No functioning elevator. Dirty room, shower visibly drain clogged w/ hair. Long hairs on pillow. Very disappointing for a Hyatt."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay. Parking was convenient with the option to use Valet or park in the parking garage. The staff was very nice and considerate. The rooms were impressive and very clean. I would stay here again. "

"For a mid range price, this was probably one of the nicer hotels I think I've ever stayed at. I love that the courtyard is blocked in by the hotel. The complimentary continental breakfast was again, probably one of the better ones I've had: seemed to have a revolving menu that was vegetarian friendly. My favorite thing, was checkout was at noon. This should be the gold standard for every hotel. I hate being rushed and this gave adequate time to get everything wrapped up and packed up for the haul home and still get some breakfast grub on the way out without having to meet an arduous timeline. Staff was crazy pleasant and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place and if we're ever in the area again and need a place to crash, this will be at the top of the list."
