"Our room needed a lot of attention. The furniture was dated and significantly scratched up, the drywall by the door in the bathroom door had chunks out of it, and the idea of a frosted glass bathroom door that doesn't latch doesn't seem well thought out. Lastly, while it was nice that beach chairs were provided there was a group on rhe beach playing inappropriate music (personal speakers weren't supposed to be allowed) and used the "N" word repeatedly in their conversation with no regard to the families around them and no one addressed it. We are very disappointed in our experience there."

"We definitely enjoyed our stay. The property has a lot to offer, including Sparrow o. The top of the hotel and the Lobby Bar on the sixth floor. The valets were helpful with my limitations walking to and from the car. Housekeeping really displayed patience with our getting out of the room Saturday."

"Quiet clean apartment right on the river walk. Location is in a good location, directly across from Las Olas Blvd. It’s a short walk either via the tunnel or the 3rd Ave bridge. Had a full kitchen. They don’t provide any coffee, salt, pepper if you’re planning on cooking. "

"Stayed end of April for 4 nights. Definitely need a car to get to the beach. Public transportation is near by but if you miss a bus you will be stack for at least 30-40 min. Grocery store 10 min walk. Room was ok. Had minor issues but host fixed it immediately. Pool area was a nice touch. Mux occupancy 8 ppl. On the downside there was only one umbrella. Overall would recommend if you are on the budget and not picky. P.S. We didn't receive check in information as advertised 24 hrs prior, which postponed our check in until after 4 pm. We had to call to the agent for information."
