"We had the best stay here! The host was incredible. Super responsive, helpful, and gave us amazing recommendations that made our trip even better. The place was very clean and well kept. As a group of girls, we especially loved the long hallway mirror (such a small detail but SO appreciated for getting ready 😂). Everything about our stay was seamless, and the location was perfect. It honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend!"

"i was charged for parking and i didn't have a car. no one told me about this and it just was billed to my credit card. very poor service. please reverse charges. Also there are a lot of homeless people on the streets which is a nuisance."

"The stay was prefect for the most part. The pool area was a bit messy from other guest not cleaning up after themselves. The staff on site was helpful and used a translator app to communicate with me instead of just saying "no english" I really appreciate that. Apartment 10 was very clean and smelled amazing upon entering the unit. The lock gate closet to the garbage gates handle is broken and needs fixing immediately for security. There sufficient lighting and parking on the property. Overall I would definitely recommend and will be staying in the future as its close to most amenities for me and my family."

"This place is LUXURY! The only issue was the MANDATORY additional valet charge that is clear from pier66 but not at all from Expedia whixh was disappointing bc we weren't aware of that or we qould have Ubered and saved the wasted valet fees, 75$/night! *(given the amenities we did not need a car as everything was right there) Such a nice place wish we would have researched and prepared to plan better as ee only got to use the pool but saw we missed out on SO MANY OTHER amenities ♡ it is stupid expensive but definitely got a huge steal of a deal booking thru here! 100x would do it over again ♡"

"Our stay at the Flow hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was gorgeous and very clean with every possible needed item! Perfect for staying even for longer periods of time. The kitchen was fully equipped and the full laundry had enough detergent to last a while. Everything was of great quality! Everything was gorgeous and made to relax the guests! The pool was amazing. They even extended our stay for five extra hours at no charge to use all the amenities. Absolutely amazing place! Will definitely come back! There is everything you might need from body care, robes. All natural. More like a resort than a regular hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They assisted us with everything in very friendly manner like we were someone very special! Also there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance and clean places. Even a bit further away there were plenty of nice restaurants and cafes and spas. Will definitely come back and soon!"

"The experience was extremely disruptive and disappointing. We originally booked and paid for an oceanfront room in the towers in the beach, but in the middle of the night the fire alarm began making a loud noise continuously, making it impossible to sleep. We were then told we had to move rooms at 1:15am, walk to a different wing of the hotel, across the marina and lobby, more than a 5 min walk away, and the replacement room was a partial intercoastal and partial ocean-view room, but a much farther walk to the actual beach than our previous room. After moving all of our belongings again, the air conditioning unit in that room was also making loud noises continuously, forcing us to move a SECOND time in the middle of the night to a different room down the hall. At that point, our entire evening and rest were completely ruined. We spent the night dealing with maintenance issues and room changes instead of enjoying the accommodations and experience we specifically paid for to celebrate a momentous occasion in our marriage. I understand that issues can happen, but this was far beyond a minor inconvenience. After speaking with a manager-in-training downstairs at the front desk, he waived the $50 resort fee and told us he would email or call us back for further compensation and never did. What started off as a lovely, last minute getaway for our anniversary, turned into a highly disappointing stay."

"Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. We accidentally booked an accessible room. So I would not do that again because we would’ve liked to have a sofa in the room. But everything worked out just fine. Close to everything we needed. Breakfast was very nice."
