"Great proximity to IWU. Quick responses to messages. Easy check-in. Overall, clean."

"Comfortable stay at this apartment. thing that was needed was available. Austin was very tentative to any needs. Love the front porch."

"The space is designed with an elevated simplicity. It's beautiful and peaceful. In spite of the traffic on the street, it was quiet. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent spot. Clean, updated and peaceful!"

"We were in town to visit family and this property was very close and convenient to the Marion area. It was very clean and the owners provided everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated that there were a few snacks and waters in the fridge as we have a couple kids that get hungry at sometimes inconvenient times. Coffee and cream were provided which was also very convenient for us as the coffee shop wasn't open on Sunday. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone...

"The front porch is amazing. So relaxing. The back yard is beautiful. My husband was worried it would be too hot sitting around the fire pit because the picture made it look like it was sitting far from the house on cement and brick without shade. But not true. Pictures do not do this place justice. Having 2.5 bathrooms meant no wait time. Bedrooms are lovely. Beautiful wallpaper. I love this place and would love to stay again."

"The place was spotless and it was a perfect home away from home."

"This property was just lovely. We were there for a sisters' reunion. Two came from Michigan, one came from Australia, I came from North Carolina, and one sister lives in North Manchester. We all loved the house, the little niceties, the expansive yard with over sized fire pit. The host provided clear information and answered all communication rapidly. I highly recommend this property."
