"Check in required standing in line for too long (almost 45 minutes). More help was needed at the desk of Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort. There was also a problem at the desk with check out. While leaving the building, I noticed that my check out had been completed under a different customer's name. I had to go back to the desk to have it corrected. So, the check in and check out could have been much better. Thank you!"
