"A great place. Nice bed and a wonderful shower. Good working air conditioner. Very helpful hostess. The only drawback we found was that we had to take a number of stairs to get to the apartment (a total of 54 steps and no elevator). Furthermore, a great stay and a good base for exploring the area."

"Our one-night stay here will always be a nice memory - Apulian hospitality at its best. We also booked the tasting dinner which was the best we could do. Lovely atmosphere with candlelight, real local countryside food, amazing flavors and wonderful presentation. All is very high quality. Rooms are sophisticatedly furnished, beds are really comfortable. The only suggestions I'd have is to keep the jacuzzi heated for autumn evenings, would be a wonderful experience. "Such an amazing apartment to stay in. Large, right on the port (but at a fairly quiet corner of the port), beautifully appointed and with a comfortable bed. I was extremely pleasantly surprised and delighted with the accommodation."

"Our stay at Lucia & Alessandro’s house was superb and we lacked nothing, Lucia has thought of every detail, from the charming and lovely decor to toiletries, they were really welcoming and charming hosts. Although the pictures show the whole house, we had the top floor and found it very liveable and comfortable, with all the amenities needed, including a hearty breakfast and what you might need to cook at home. "Sehr angenehmes Haus, alles da, was man in der Küche benötigt. Aber schon in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sind top, Betten sehr bequem und neu. Ich persönlich würde das Wohnzimmer etwas moderner gestalten, aber wir hatten uns dann auch daran gewöhnt. Der Garten, die Dachterrasse, Parkplatz, die Lage am Meer, alles super. Auch der Empfang durch Riccardo, war sehr freundlich. Wir können es nur empfehlen und würden wieder buchen. "

"Overlook the requirement of contacting the accommodation prior to arrival. Did so upon arrival in the afternoon. Called four times without success and left a voice message. Also send an email. Unfortunately no reply or information received and had to look for another place to stay. Not even two days later no reply received and money is gone. Worst place to choose when in Barletta!!! "

Villa delle Querce Resort

10/10 Excellent

"What a fantastic little resort. We were attending my son’s wedding near Bari and we found this resort and it exceeded our wildest dreams. We just wanted a few days after the wedding to relax and chill. The resort is only 9 rooms but that was ideal, as has masses of space and there were a range of activities on offer if we wanted and there is a lovely pool with plenty of shade. Outdoor dining for every meal if required. Great breakfasts and lunch and diner. The reason I gave it 5 stars (which is unlike me) is the staff, great English, attentiveness and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend if you and a peaceful, relaxing break. Grazie Mille!"
