"When we arrived the restaurant was closed on Tuesdays. One air conditioner worked but was too small for the room and the other air conditioner was blowing hot air. No coffee maker in the room. TV didn't work, which they replaced with another TV that didn't work. We left the hotel without staying even 1 night."

We had a big bed for my husband and I and, two single beds for my two daughters. For the price we paid, it was really good value. We took a taxi to the hotel but it did not cost alot as the hotel is close proximity to the Puerto Princesa Airport. Overall, it is an exceptional Hotel."
