"This hotel is very close to the airport, and shuttle service was excellent! Greeted with cool drink and washcloth upon arrival. Restaurant was very inexpensive with excellent food at dinner and breakfast. Hallways at floor level are not air-conditioned, and the noise from hallway and elevator was frequent in my room that was close to the elevator. ask for a room away from the elevator. I'd stay here again."

"This hotel was wonderful. I was immediately greeted upon entering and even though I was early they arranged for me to access my room quickly. The room was quiet, clean, spacious, and well appointed. The on site spa was so nice I had massages both days I was there. Pool was lovely! I ate lunch and breakfast at the hotel and the food was good. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Balai Princesa was a quiet, intimate, comfortable stay. We were a group of three and stayed for a night before traveling to El Nido. Staff and service were excellent. Upon arrival to Puerto Princesa (literally landing at PPS), I had contacted them via email at the last minute to set-up an airport transfer and they were quick to respond. Kudos to the communication and for accommodating our transportation needs at the last minute. We were greeted upon arrival and check-in was smooth and easy. I had already expected to pay a cash deposit (required by the stay), but it was waived since we were only there for an evening. Our room (family room) was simple and comfortable. Bathroom amenities were excellent with two separate showers and a toilet. We decided to try their in-house massage/spa service and we all got their “Balai Signature Massage”. It did not disappoint. Not only did we get a massage, but we got to utilize their saunas and jacuzzis located in the backyard of the premises. All we had to do was schedule the massages two hours prior and we were set to go. We also enjoyed Lihim Café which was located on the premises in the lobby. We enjoyed both lunch the day of arrival and their complimentary breakfast the following morning. Huge shoutout and thank you to the staff for making Balai Princesa a smooth, comfortable, relaxing and easy stay even if we were there just for an evening. It was memorable. I’d come back again if I ever visited the area again."

"Very comfortable stay for the night. I have stayed here once before and both times now it was a pleasant stay. Room is always clean, bathroom shower is always hot with good pressure, bed is comfortable..just a really nice little hotel. The lobby has a Cafe in it. Their customer service is excellent and the food is very good for a quick bite. They will bring you the food to your room too which was a nice plus. Thank you all for what you do!"

"It's off the main roads but minutes away from them. It has a view to die for. The staff as most of the Filipino people are, well just super polite and gracious. If I go back to Palawan I know where I will stay. Worth a visit and you'll see why, plus the food and breakfast is incredible not to mention the rooftop bar and beautiful swimming pool. "
