Good location. YouI got unlucky with the layout of the room. The breakfast is not good. Water pressure in the shower is very low. Not a great experience for a big and tall person but bed was good.

The room was a little older but the size of the room was good. Bigger than normal Japanese size hotel rooms. The king size bed was great. Very convenient, located in Haneda Airport Terminal 3.
