"There were 4 of us traveling. We booked two rooms. I had to changed the very first room they booked for us because it stank like sewage and mildew. The wooden wall over the bed was peeling off and only one light worked in the room. In the bathroom, the window by the toilet had green and black mold covering it as well as the side wall of the shower. The faucet for the sink wasn't even attached to the sink... The room they changed my daughter and I to was better, it didn't stink as much but there were water leaking from the toilet. My sister and mother had the worst experience, the mildew smell wasn't as strong as my rooms but the bathroom was terrible. When my sister went to take a shower, she had a chunk of black mold washed onto her face.. The night staff didn't want to help us at all. Needless to says worst experience with a hotel ever. I don't recommend. "

"We chose this hotel as it was very near all the ruins of Ayuttaya. It’s a very pretty hotel very much in keeping with the style of the area which added to our Ayuttaya experience. The staff were very friendly; they made lovely Thai food in the evening which we ate sitting under cooling trees outside. They booked a tuk tuk driver (reasonably priced) for us for the next day to go around the ruins For breakfast beforehand we chose fresh mango and Thai food again (Western food was an option) This hotel was a perfect choice for our Ayuttaya stay."

"An old wooden building with excellent value rooms. Shared bathrooms are clean with good water pressure. Downstairs rooms have en suite bath with TV and aircon. Right on the river. Perfect for catching an onward train. Family run guesthouse with laundry service and assistance booking local tours and transportation. I have stayed here several times and look forward to my next visit. They also offer showers for non guests for only 50 baht if you want to clean up before your onward travel. This place is a real gem."
