"The room itself was appalling and though it was advertised as having a kind and a twin bed, we had to request for the twin bed, which was a stretcher at best. The property itself was musty and reeked. The only good thing was the free breakfast and the friendly staff. Would not recommend staying here."

"I stayed at Napier Heritage Hotel in Fort Kochi for two weeks with my 10 years old son and truly felt the warmth of a family-run place. The staff were very responsive and kind, and the location was amazing — everything was walkable for us. It’s simple, comfortable, and full of heart.
