Fully remodeled summer 2023 - all new - from floors and furniture - to appliances and kitchen utensils! 🌟

Sure to be the coolest condo in Angel Fire! 😎
This fun rendezvous is nestled in the woods of the Pinetree Commons complex. It's only 2 blocks from the AF Resort. Close to skiing, biking, hiking, golf and more! Grab a drink and enjoy watching the wildlife from the front deck or cozy up inside by the fire. The interior is fun and inviting... with eclectic murals and decor offering a different experience than anything in the area!
There are 3 TVs - 55", 65" & 75" and a selection of board games for indoor entertainment. Sleds and snow toys for outdoor fun! Perfect for families/friend groups!!

We also have another condo (301) in the same building directly above this one (101.) If you are planning to vacation with a group or need more space check out listing #2730558 "Alpine Breeze." They are almost identical in layout and size and also sleeps 6!!

Angel Fire is beautiful! This condo is on the first floor allowing for easy access. We prepared 100% of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Peaceful, comfortable and super quiet!

Great Spring Break Stay

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying here. The host was very accommodating and the condo was very clean and organized. Host was very informative prior to and during the stay. I would stay here again and recommend to friends and family .

The property was well stocked and the communication from the host was wonderfully detailed with all the information I needed. The “extras” like provided coffee, coffee filters, and mud rags are very convenient. The property is less than 5 minutes from a grocery store. I enjoyed my stay and the host’s attention to detail. I would stay here again if I return to Angel Fire.

Great stay

Very attentive owner, cool picture book of stuff to do near by Short walk to restaurants, lift. There is a shuttle bus stop just down the hill Kitchen had all we needed, clean and ready to use. Will stay again when we visit the bike park.

Fun place

Perfect spot for a get away

Yes, stay here! We loved this spot! It was the perfect spot for us to visit our son in Philmont and explore surrounding areas. There is so much attention to detail in the decor as well as a wonderfully stocked kitchen. The host really has a nice offering and we will look here to stay again!

We had a great experience in Danielle apartment. She was always available to support and the apartment was cozy, comfortable and all we needed to have an extraordinary and great relaxed stay. The property was spacious and had everything we needed, full kitchen, WiFi which is important to a pre-teen, big TV’s. The property was very cozy. The host was very friendly and attentive and answered all our questions promptly. A very wonderful experience.

Fun, quiet, enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay in Angel Fire. It was our first time there and we fell in love with the mountain and enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, great aesthetic, the kitchen had everything we needed and I was a short drive to the parking lot to catch the shuttles to the ski lifts. The washer/dryer was super convenient, too. Overall, we would recommend staying here!

Artistic Gem

The cabin was very clean and decorated fabulously. All the necessary amenities were in the kitchen and more! Appreciated rugs to clean up snow and dirt. Close to the ski hill and restaurants. Overall great stay!

Cute place

Very clean and so cute. We were only two and used the main bathroom only. Would recommend a bath mat to avod slipping in tub. Kitchen had everything you would need. My husband drove to ski resort as walking with boots woud be too much but still a short walk to slopes.

Angel Fire Bike trip

This was perfect place to start our MTB trip. Bike in bike out to the lifts. Easy trailer parking. Short walk to grab a pizza and visit the local watering hole. The condo has everything u might have forgotten in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Very clean and cozy. Big flat screens in every room. We’ll be back next yr or this winter to snowboard.

Exceeded Expectations

The owner of this property showed a lot of concern for our stay. Far exceeded what you often find. Many everyday provisions that are often left at home were provided. The place was spotless. All televisions worked. All appliances worked properly. We never had any issues with the property. I highly recommend.

Balloons Over Angel Fire

This was our annual ballooning weekend in Angel Fire. We had stayed at Pinetree Commons before and liked that it had an outdoor picnic area to have aBBQ for the balloon crew or enough room to do it inside if the weather was rainy. We needed a ground floor unit. Alpine Zepher was great! From the long but friendly letter explaining the dos and don’ts and how-tos to the attention to detail in the unit itself, it was a great experience. We felt we were guests and not just renters. And the beds were great. Always important!

Couldn’t ask for more!

Not only was this property as nice as advertised, there were so many small details that made it feel like you were personally being taken care of! Many listings I read through when booking required you to bring your own linens and towels; not only were those provided, there was also soap, shampoo/conditioner, laundry pods, lotion, and even toothpaste! There was not a single thing that we needed that couldn’t be found. I especially appreciated the heater in the bathroom since the temps were below zero when we were there. The location was so close to the slopes that we came back for lunch rather than paying resort prices for food. The owner was super quick to respond to questions and always kind. I 100% recommend staying here!
