You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Assigned parking top floor

Timberline Condo 304 is located on top floor and has assigned parking. One block to ski slopes or bike trails. Views of the valley below from deck.

Condo has one queen size bed in each bedroom, and a couple of guests said the bed is too high not sure what that means especially since one bed is lower. Condo will ONLY sleep four there is NO sofa bed.

Kitchen has counter with seating for four. Living area and kitchen are open area. Living area has Smart Roku TV and WiFi

Living room has gas fireplace so again NO WOOD ALLOWED
Full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge / freezer.

Also comes with coffee pot, blender, toaster, crockpot, pots, pans, and dishware.

Condo comes with stacked washer/dryer and NO I do not provide laundry soap.

The condo itself is nice, beds were a little uncomfortable. Parking lot is muddy during the rain that came thru, should be paved. Stair railings need to be replaced due to getting splinters from them and dumpsters on property would be convenient rather than hauling the trash to a center a mile away.

Great, quick two day ski trip!

Condo was great, exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and in good condition. All the amenities were more than satisfactory and Yolanda was extremely quick with responses to our questions and gave us great assistance.

Just what we were hoping for

Yolanda was always proactive in communication. Place was perfect walk from base lodge. Great area for kids to play in the snow. Great fireplace and plenty of hot water . Will plan to stay there again next year

Winter vacation

Ski Trip 2023

It was in an excellent location to the ski resort. Very close. The condo was very cozy and equipped with all that we needed. We enjoyed it very much and whenever we needed to contact the owner because of a possible snow in she was very accommodating and responsive. Thank you. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy condo close to slopes!

Great condo with all the amenities of home. My daughter and I loved being so close to the slopes in this very quiet area. The fireplace made the living space so warm and cozy. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was awesome. We enjoyed just relaxing after a full day of skiing. Beautiful views on the 2nd level. Will definitely rent again! Yolanda is wonderful to work with.

We have stayed at a few places so far and I believe this was the best. Not too far from the lifts in the summer.

Our time in the condo was great. Very clean. The only downside was the trash situation. There are not any dumpsters on the property. You have to drive your trash a ways down the main road.

Location, location, location!

Just a short 5-10 min. walk to the resort, so no need to drive. Host was quick to respond to our e-mails. Beds were comfy. Would stay again!
