Perched on Headin' Home and commanding a sweeping view over Wheeler Peak and the Moreno Valley, Sic 'Em Bear Lodge is an ideal location for a family ski vacation or mountain getaway. This three-level log house has four bedrooms and three baths and sleeps 10.
The main level features the living room with a pinewood cathedral ceiling and views of Wheeler Peak. The sofa and two armchairs will seat five in front of the wood-burning fireplace and Samsung smart TV. The adjoining dining area seats eight comfortably. The kitchen opens into the living room and is fully-equipped with all appliances, including a six-burner Wolf gas range, a Kitchen Aid dishwasher, and both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. Also on the main level is a bathroom with a shower/tub combination and two bedrooms, each with a king bed and an LG smart TV. The living room gives access to the deck, which overlooks Headin' Home and has a large hot tub for relaxing while looking at the view.
The upper level has a sitting area on the landing looking over the living room. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, and a newly-remodeled en suite bath with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower.
The lower level gives access to one of the three parking areas and a path to Headin' Home via a large mudroom, perfect for storing sports equipment. The spacious laundry room has a stacked full-size washer and dryer; across the hall, the full bathroom has a shower stall. Also on this level are a second living area that seats seven around the Samsung smart TV, and an additional bedroom with a king bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Wi-Fi is provided throughout the house. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.
A short walk from the house gives access to Headin' Home. No need to drive and get the shuttle; just go out the door and hit the slopes!
There is a flight of exterior stairs to access the entrance to this home.
Access to this home requires 4-wheel drive in the winter months.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Wraparound deck with seating, hot tub.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Sic 'Em Bear Lodge is 6 miles from the ski area (a 20-minute drive).
PARKING: The driveway will accommodate up to four vehicles.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
