Our rental process is now largely automated! If you have any questions or encounter any difficulties during check-in, we are available by phone from 08:00 to 22:00. We also offer telephone support after 22:00, although there may be slightly longer waiting times.
If there are any issues during check-in, our emergency service can resolve them as quickly as possible.
In the immediate vicinity, there is a Netto supermarket for everyday essentials. Bakeries, cafes, and the pharmacy are within walking distance in Angelbachtal. Sinsheim, Bad Schönborn, and Walldorf are only a few minutes' drive away.
The private room is located on the ground floor and is available for bookings 24/7, even late at night. Our short-term rental operates on automated processes. Check-in is contactless and can be done until late at night using a keybox – please use this keybox also during check-out.
This cozy bedroom features two comfortable single beds (90m x 200m), a dining/work desk with two chairs, and 2 narrow wardrobes. In the common area, you will find 3 fully equipped fitted kitchens, 4 toilets, and 5 showers. Please note that the showers are communal and each is separated by a shower curtain – private showers in individual rooms are not available.
If you need additional bed linen, pillows, towels, or similar items, we are happy to provide them to you promptly. You have access to the communal terrace (in front of the house), which is a perfect place to unwind in the evening. In the kitchen, you will find all the utensils you need for your stay. Non-perishable items are not discarded after use because fresh products deserve not to be immediately disposed of!
The Netto supermarket is only 300 meters away on foot. Destinations like Sinsheim or Bad Schönborn can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
With our 100Mbps internet connection, you can easily watch Netflix, make video calls, or work.
Towels, bath towels, and shower gel are, of course, included in the offer. Our goal is to make you feel at home while cooking, showering, and sleeping – even if you are only using a private bedroom.
Upon request, we are happy to provide you with utensils between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm if something is missing!
Thanks to our convenient location, you are excellently connected to all places in the vicinity. Important destinations such as Sinsheim, Bad Schönborn, and Walldorf can be easily reached via the federal highway in 10 minutes.
Arriving by car is easily achievable, and there are free parking spaces in front of the house.
