This is my go to hotel in Angeles and that’s because of the great staff and location. The hotel is well built and sound proofing is quite good! The pool is really nice and the gym is decent for a basic workout. I would definitely recommend it! The two things they can improve on is opening the rooftop bar which I used to really enjoy and the water from the toilet gun for some reason smells horrible. But besides those two things I am always happy and the front desk girls are a lot of fun and sweet! The cleaning staff does a great job as well.

We thought the property was for adults only however noted kids and kids diving in the no diving pool but not told to stop. Otherwise hotel is pretty good, staff on front desk are very nice

Stayed here many times and rooms are good however, on this occasion I noticed a leak near my bathtub, told receptionist and room was visited. Next day water was again on floor, every tine you went to toilet feet were wet. Again told receptionist and maintenance man put an extra towel on the floor! Was told it was a leak from bathroom above and would be fixed next day. It wasn’t. Two days later outside of room wall and carpet outside my room (303) was completely wet. Obviously the leak was getting worse. I was never offered another room and any reply was ‘sorry sir, we are fixing’. Been a loyal client for many years but no more.

The hotel is fine apart from there being no consistent shower in the room. Natuarally needed a shower before my 22 hour flight, but there was no manager on duty to complain to. No refund or discount offered. Wouldn't stay there again becuase of this. Wi-fi patchy especially around the pool. Also, restaurant and bar very expensive (380 peso for a cocktail).
