Upon checking in, I decided to check out, It was filthy dirty, light switches were sticky with hand prints, floor was with loose hair everywhere, bed linens were stained like they were not changed, the couch was visibly stained and with roach droppings, the fridge was moldy, bathroom was disgustingly dirty, I didn’t wanna touch anything. The room stinks, I informed the front desk that I wanna cancel my reservation but they moved me to 2 different rooms that were just worse than the first one. They said it was non smoking but the whole hall way and room was reaking with cigarette stench. I talked to customer service, They held us saying we can’t leave hotel until they made their decision, we were supposed to stay for 8days, and I can’t stay in this filthy hotel. 8 days ended but up to this moment the customer service kept saying they haven’t had any response from the homeowner. The worse service I have ever had in my life. Front desk or the manager never said sorry nor checked on us. I also found out that they charged us more than double the original price of the room because we booked from USA. There’s still a lot more to complain but just saying everything, re lives the moment of frustration talking to the staff and customer service. It was a total night mare. Do yourself a favor, This hotel is a total trash. If I can give a 0 rating I would.
