No aircondition

No aircondition, the room was very old, in need for a new bed it was horrible to sleep in. The breakfast was not very good. The best thing about this hotel is the staff who are very friendly.

Meget dårligt.

Først og fremmest toilettet ligner noget fra en skolekollegie der er lappet over det hele på vægge og fod lister Restauranten meget dårligt mad til de priser og ikke nok ansatte til at yde en ordentlig service. Dem der var der gjorde deres bedste men vi skulle vente 30 min. For at blive betjent og da vi blev betjent så havde de ikke det vi bad om. Så ville vi bruge deres jacuzzi, der finder vi ud af at vi skal vi betale yderligere 115 svkr. Pr. Person det stod der ikke noget om i beskrivelsen da vi bookede værelset. Alt i alt meget ringe oplevelse.

Dårlig morgenmad!

Morgenmadsbuffeten er decideret dårlig!! Knækbrødet er blødt fordi det har stået ude i flere dage. Bacon er slet ikke stegt men rå. Og æg blandingen har en bismag af beskidt gryde. Personalet sjusker med tilberedningen. Særdeles dårligt!!

Rummet vi fick var väldigt gammalt. Inte alls som på bilderna vid bokning. Ändå är jag guldmedlem och kan få fri uppgradering. Fanns dock inga rum att uppgradera till, men borde fått ett modernare rum kan man tycka.

Endast frukosten gav oss ett frågetecken. Porslin kunde saknas och kom in sent. Kom in kall mat. Brickorna alltid blöta. Alltså tydligen problem med disken enligt personalen. Äggen ibland hårdkokta och ibland lösa.

Allt bara stämde…

Hotellet hade allt vi förväntade oss: trevligt personal, god frukost, god mat i restaurangen, rent rum, möjlighet att ladda bilen på hotellparkeringen och denna gång det korta avståndet till idrottsarenan där vi kollade på våra volleyboll-landslagstjejerna i turneringen ”Final Four”.

Da vi ankom, fandt vi på værelset nogle små afklippede negle på et bord. Ved henvendelse i receptionen blev vi tilbudt et andet værelse og drinks på hotellets regning. Hotellets restaurant blev vi MEGET skuffede over. Vi bestilte en burger med fritter og en cæsarsalat. Fritterne var at best lune. Salaten indeholdt små isstykker. Ved henvendelse til personalet blev vi tilbudt en ny salat. Vi ventede over 20 minutter på salaten. Da vi ikke gad vente mere, gik vi op til baren for at klage til personalet, for andre der havde sendt mad tilbage efter os, fik deres ny mad ret hurtigt. Vi ventede over 10 minutter på hende, vi havde gjort opmærksom på fejlen til, for hun skulle lige bestille varer. Da hun endelig kom, og vi fremsagde vores klage, var hendes svar flere gange ‘hvad vil I have, jeg skal gøre ved det’. Pludselig vendte hun ryggen til os og gik. Og så gik vi også uden at betale. Vi henvendte os endnu en gang i receptionen. De var virkelig søde, super lydhøre og meget undskyldende. De tilbød os et gavekort på en gratis overnatning inkl. spa. Så stor ros til personalet i receptionen, men utrolig dårlig service i restauranten.

Standardinredning

Erikslund är vårt förstahandsval i Ängelholm. HC likaså. Lagom stort rum. Bra sängar. Trivsam personal. Känns som att komma hem varje gång. VA-kokare finns men muggar måste hämtas i frukostmatsalen. Efter renoveringen sitter spotlights vid spegeln och ansiktet ligger i skugga, vilket försvårar rakning. Den nya gummitröskeln till duschen är otät mot golvet och en pöl bildas utanför när man duschar. Allt annat är OK

Bra hotell för djur

Vi reste med hund och i rummet fanns det en skål för hunden samt en påse med hundgodis. Vi kände oss väldigt välkomna.
