"Had to get mad and demand a bottom floor room as they promised me. Lampshade was stained and broken as well as the light didn't work. The top sheet for our rollaway bed was stained. Asked for 2 extra pillows only got 1. Toilet plugged up at 5am and nobody in the lobby to help. Lobby was closed and the # you call for help didn't work and neither did ringing the bell. No lobby bathrooms and we saw nobody till 9am. We were lucky that other friends had a room there as well because we all had to use their bathroom. We have stayed there many times in the past and never had such a bad experience. We all agreed that the whole staff was high on drugs as well. This is no way to run a business!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker and the sink were very convenient to use especially if you have a family. The property is better than 2 star, around 2.5. Would recommend staying here again especially if you want to explore Murphys and the Arnold areas. "

"Fantastic , friendly and professional receptionists, made me feel very welcome. Quick check in to our king bed room, spacious and clean. Soft bedding, shower cubicle, roomy bathroom with free toiletries. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Basic continental breakfast. Great stay and a bargain for the price. Thank you all Sam"

"This turned out to be an extended stay hotel. We had requested two beds and a sofa and were given a room with one bed and one sofa. The room did not smell good and although it appeared to be clean it was worn. We chose not to stay and I will be requesting a refund"

"First room that was assigned had another person's suitcase in it. Next room, TV unplugged, tear in top sheet, no cleaning service 1st night, no kleenex in the room, towels looked dirty, woke up to ants all over bedside table, portable heater, lightbulb missing in bathroom, shower went cold all of a sudden, then back to warm, and the bare floors were gritty. Yes, it is a very old hotel, but the website photos are very misleading. "

"I enjoyed my stay at Angels Camp Best Western. It is conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants and downtown Angels Camp. Great customer service and clean. Breakfast was good. "
