ROSE Vacances offers you this charming, fully equipped studio, ideally located in the heart of Angers city centre, in close proximity to shops, restaurants and transport. Located on the ground floor, this 20 m² studio is perfect for a short stay, a business trip or an urban getaway.

Capacity: up to 2 people.

• Living area with comfortable double sofa bed, television and WI-FI.

• Equipped open-plan kitchen: induction hob, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus press and coffee machine (NESPRESSO).

• Modern bathroom: shower, sink, washing machine and toilet.

• 5m2 terrace with garden table.



🚗 Paid parking: Parking Place Louis Imbach (100 metres away).

🚗 Free parking Place de la Rochefoucault (15 mins on foot).

You will fully enjoy the city: historic centre, shops, restaurants, tram and bus lines are accessible within a few minutes' walk.

- 5 mins' walk from Ralliement Square (city centre).

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
