The architectural details in the building are lovely. It was positioned well for walking to the heart of the city. We didn't like our room. We had stairs up to the bathroom , the view out into the yard was tatty, and we only had one stirring stick for our teas and coffees.

It’s clear the building is very old. They have an issue with the AC system meaning not all rooms have cool air. They try and remedy this with a fan but in France in the summer it’s just not good. Credit to the nice staff who tried to help but there’s nothing they can do. I’d avoid and stay somewhere more capable of having guests

Just an overnight stay - was a bit concerned about a few not-so-good reviews but could find nothing to complain about. We had a lovely welcome, our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast on Sunday was fresh, plentiful and tasty.

Breakfast was very poor. Even at 9am, staff were unable to clear tables fast enough or to restock the buffet. We had to wait 40 minutes for more bread, and then it arrived frozen! Breakfast was hyped in the room information but was shocking.

The property has nice and clean but .some of the manager were mean. I did-not like how people were asked their room number before they can eat . I also didnot like how they treated me when I ask them for a bag of tea. After all the money I spend there what is a bag of tea? Honestly

Disappointing stay

When we arrived there was no one at reception. Called reception no answer. After 5 minutes member of staff appeared. As gold member should have had a free drink but the hotel has no bar or restaurant! How is this a 4 star hotel? No one at the hotel spoke English at all. Shower was weak and Luke warm and there was a lot of white noise in the room making it difficult to sleep. Overall not a great experience.

The property was pretty but it did not have parking at all. When I was ther I asked the recepcionist about the parking, I was prepared to pay for it, but she told me that they only have 10 spaces for parking an they where busy. I dont undertand why in the Epedia Page they put thay they have parking an they did not. I think Expedia have to check the properties before they put them in the Page. It is not valid for the customers

I'm very sad to write this review and have reached out to the property twice for a reply and rectification of my recent stay without a reply. While the hotel, staff and room are perfectly lovely. I arrived and was left 2 Shampoo bottles (one of which had already been clearly opened) and no Conditioner. The fire alarm went off and was a false alarm, however my sleep after a long journey from Australia (30 Hours) was very disrupted. The following night I had no hot water to have a shower, the next morning, still not rectified and after a restless night sleep was offered to shower in another uncleaned room just down the hall, traipsing there in my dressing gown with all of my toiletries, however this room thankfully had Conditioner. The hot water had apparently been fixed however that evening after a cold and wet day, I was greeted to no towels in my room and tepid water. When I requested some towels, the receptionist brought me a very old and stained bath mat which was quite disgusting. Requesting to speak with a manager this was denied as to none being on site and they wouldn't be on site for the remainder of my stay another 2 days over the weekend. I requested another room and was told I should move Hotels. Now as the basic necessities of a hotel such as hot water weren't available to me for 2 days of my 4 day stay and no manager was on hand or would contact me, this was most upsetting. I had no desire to change hotels for my final night and no compensation was offered.

Encore un hotelier plus occupé à dérober les coordonnées de ses clients qu'à faire son travail. La collecte d'informations privées au prétexte de prévenir les clients en cas d'oubli d'un objet est inacceptable. La seule fonction d’un réceptionniste est de se limiter à sa fonction : s'assurer du paiement, fournir les clés, expliqué le fonctionnement éventuel des équipements de l'hotel et s'enquérir des besoins particuliers du client. bref : du service, encore du service et QUE du service!!! Petit déjeuner hors de prix et médiocre : 25€ pour avoir à disposition des pommes pas mures, des fruits en boite qui trempe dans un jus incertain Un personnel globalement en dessous du niveau requis pour ce genre d'établissement : petit déjeuner non enregistré mais payé, propos du serveur déplacés quant à la la qualité et la disponibilité des produits du petit déjeuner, réceptionniste odieuse au moment du départ.... Chambre exiguë et partiellement rénovée : le plancher est bancale et non plat : en pente par endroit, probablement d'époque est recouvert d'une moquette. Une moquette ne suffi pas à rénover un sol!!! porte non insonorisée (d'époque) qui laisse filtrer très largement les bruits du couloir et de l’ascenseur qui mériterai probablement une rénovation. Seul point positif la rénovation art déco du bâtiment. Le cosmétique ne fait pas l’hôtellerie!!! voir la remarque ci dessus sur le ....service! Bref l'endroit est clairement à éviter, juste en face un hotel Mercure....
