Fully equipped open kitchen: Induction hobs, built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (SENSEO), washing machine and air conditioning.

Bedroom with a large double bed and its storage.

Bathroom with shower and washbasin and separate WC.



Paid and difficult parking in the surrounding streets.

Paid underground Fleur d'eau Parking 40m from the accommodation.

Rochefoucauld Parking 10 minutes walk away.

–Ideal location to discover Angers on foot: shops, restaurants and transport in direct proximity.



For information: the apartment is located in the heart of a student city, possibility of surrounding noise



Practical Information



The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without a lift, access via the period staircase may pose a problem for people with reduced mobility or elderly people.

Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)

End-of-stay cleaning, bed and toilet linen included.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
