ROSE Vacances offers you this charming, welcoming apartment nestled in the heart of Angers city centre, its shops, restaurants and cultural heritage.

Capacity: up to 6 people.



🌟 The accommodation consists of:

• Bright living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, HD flat-screen TV and WI-FI

• Equipped open kitchen: Induction hobs, built-in oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (SENSEO), washing machine.

• Bedroom with a large double bed and storage.

• Bedroom with a double bed.

• Bathroom with shower and sink and separate WC.



🚗 Paid and difficult parking in the surrounding streets.

Fleur d'eau underground paid parking 40m from the accommodation.

Rochefoucauld car park a 10 minute walk away.

– Ideal location to discover Angers on foot: shops, restaurants and transport in the immediate vicinity.



For information: the apartment is located in the heart of a student city, possibility of surrounding noise :)



ℹ️ Practical Information



The flat is located on the 3rd floor with no lift; access via the period stairwell may pose a problem for people with reduced mobility or elderly people.



⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).
