ROSE Holidays offers you this cosy apartment on two levels with an intimate setting for a stay as a couple or with friends.

Capacity: up to 4 people.



The accommodation consists of:

Living area in a mezzanine: with a double bed, sofa bed and dining table. The accommodation does not have a television or WI-FI in order to allow you to fully disconnect and enjoy a restful stay.

Kitchen in a duplex: microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto).

Bathroom in a duplex: small shower, washbasin and WC.



Easy and paid parking at Imbach square. (free at night).



Location:

Neighbourhood that is both quiet and central, offering immediate proximity to public transport and green spaces.

5 mins from the city centre.

5 mins from the botanical garden.

Arrival: from 4 PM (not before)

Departure: by 10 AM at the latest (not after)



Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End-of-stay cleaning, bed and toilet linen included.



Exit Instructions Mandatory

Please:

Wash and put away the dishes

Empty the refrigerator

Take out the rubbish to the designated areas

Gather used linen in the entrance

In case of non-compliance, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

Instructions for your autonomous arrival

Your digital welcome booklet: housing operation, Wi-Fi, coffee machine, parking tips bin information
