"The apartment is decorated beautifully. It looks like something out of a magazine. The master bedroom had an enormous bathroom. The wallpaper in the unit is so fun and pretty. The location is perfect for walking to downtown restaurants. Please be aware that you can hear the train whistle from the condo. Also, the sofa in the living room is not a pullout, but it is deep enough to be a twin bed sleeping option. We would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The property is in an great location if you are attending an event at NC State or the Raleigh Coliseum. It's on the second floor (which I might have missed in the description). However we heard little of the neighbors. The apartment could use a paint freshen but was clean. Beds are really comfortable as was the living furniture. Kitchen could use a few more amenities - as in a spatula, pitcher, mixing bowl - for those who prefer to rustle up a quick meal rather than eat out. "

"We had lived in these apartments (now condos) when my husband was a student at NCSU in 1970-1973. We love to stay in these now condos when we return to Raleigh to visit family in the area. Chip has done a nice renovation on the condo but the outside still retains the 70's vibe. It's a great location for walking to the Village with lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. "This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends."
