"Someone on site would be helpful. Be warned, you have to ask for the tea tray to be refreshed. We missed this detail, so after a day out no tea bags or milk, no-one on site. Number provided was for urgent matters only. Broken toilet seat, damp walls. Two hot tubs advertised, both not functioning. ..."
