"Overall, the hotel is great. We had a little hiccup the first night when pulling out the sofa bed - We discovered that the underside of the sofa bed hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a ton of crumbs and little critter carcasses on the mattress. We also discovered a few dead tiny roaches on one of the mattresses in one bedroom. The hotel staff were super kind, however, and did come and sanitize the next day. The rest of our stay went off without a hitch - And I would definitely stay here again, just double triple check your mattresses."

"I made a reservation at Courtyard by Marriott through Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel late in the evening, the hotel staff informed me that I needed to pay for the room because, according to them, Expedia had not sent the payment. I have used Expedia many times to make hotel reservations and have never experienced this issue before. The staff repeatedly insisted that the payment had not been received, which created an uncomfortable and stressful situation after a long day of travel. To be clear, my complaint is not about Expedia. My concern is with the way the hotel handled the situation and communicated with me. I believe the matter should have been addressed more professionally and without placing the burden on the guest. Thank you for your attention to this matter."

"The room was decent, but several of the outlets didn’t work and the iron didn’t work. I didn’t feel like being bothered with anyone and I spent most of my days here just alone in the hotel so I didn’t share this information with the staff. However, I’m sure if I had they probably would’ve moved me to another room or give me a different iron."

"I choose a location midway between various destinations with the requirement of cost-friendly and an outside pool. I have stayed in a motel-style establishment less than five time in my life. I was warmly greeted upon arrival. While a bit dated, the facility is clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. The pool lounge chairs should definitely be replaced, but not a joy killer. The only significant down was that the room had a dank smell. I opened the door in the the Texas heat hoping to air it out. Turning on just the fan setting when being out of the room helped, but the high condensation in external/internal temps did what physics do. Aside from that, I would visit again."
