Very convenient for the station. Room clean and bright. Some of the woodwork and decoration looking a bit tired and worn but still clean. Aircon not brilliant but working. Being upgraded/replaced at the moment. Bedd very comfortable Breakfast good selection and well presented

This was my second time to stay Ibis budget hotel on business trip to Angoulem. Good overall this time again. I booked and paid for one room with two persons. Problem I had this time is NO Refrigrator in the room.

I am writing this review on behalf of my daughter. We originally booked it for one night only, but due to changing family circumstances she had to add another night. She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. Bonjour j'ai rencontré un grand souci dans cet hôtel. J'ai réservé de nuit mais je n'ai passé aucune nuit là-bas. Donc j'ai demandé le remboursement des deux nuits j'ai réservé dans un autre hôtel Le problème que j'ai rencontré c'est que je suis sorti de ma chambre pour aller fumer une cigarette à l'extérieur et en remontant dans la chambre j'ai croisé la femme de l'accueil qui sortait de ma chambre en mon absence. Donc je fais mes affaires et je suis parti réservé dans un autre hôtel à côté qui s'appelle Appart'City Angoulême.

Pour votre information, la chambre sentait le tabac froid, et logé au premier étage, le bruit de la rue était gênant. Cependant nous avons reçu un super accueil à notre arrivée et une personne chaleureuse.

Hôtel accessible à pied depuis la gare et ouvert 24/24 ce qui est appréciable quand on arrive par le dernier TGV. Un établissement plutôt récent ou rénové, fonctionnel. Bien pour une étape. J'avais une chambre PMR donc il difficile d'apprécier une chambre classique. De plus, ma chambre donnait directement dans la rue, ce qui ne m'a pas permis d'ouvrir la fenêtre.
