"We only stayed one night in Angouleme and this was the perfect base! Gorgeous room, comfy bed, large bathroom with lovely shower and perfect location to walk to the centre. We drove and parked in Les Halles car park (just a few min walk from the apartment), I did see a few reviews saying this was tight but we found it fine with our SUV. Reasonably priced too. Also really appreciated the lovely coffee machine in the room! "

"We had an excellent stay at Gaelle/Simon's place. The apt is perfect for a short or long visit to Angouleme. We used the place for a couple weeks base camp while in the area.The apt has a full kitchen that we used quite a bit. There is also A/C for those warm days.
