The hob didn’t work the lights outside around the table were not working, the pool was not maintained and we were not able to swim in it . As a consequence of the cooker not working I had to pay for six of us to eat put all the time! And the food I bought from the supermarket to cook went off !! My daughter is visually impaired and fell down the steps because the lights were not working!! I contacted the manager on 10 different occasions and she did not get back to me . Please give me immediate compassion as the house was so expensive and I am upset disappointed and financially lost !!!

Une très belle maison, avec une vue splendide sur la mer ! Grand confort, très bien équipée, proche de la Rochelle et de l'île de Ré. Ma famille y a passé un agréable séjour. Merci d'accepter les animaux dans cette villa! Ce grand couloir était un super terrain de jeu pour mon chien et les lancer de balles ! Mention spéciale pour Virginie, la dame qui nous a accueillis. Très souriante, elle nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise dans cette belle demeure et nous a donné quelques bonnes adresses !

Nous avons fortement apprécié ce petit séjour dans cette sublime Villa. L’agencement et les pièces sont très bien pensées. Propreté irréprochable. La terrasse de la suite parentale donne une super vue et la piscine débordante donnant sur l’Ocean est incroyable. Petit clin d’oeil à Virginie pour sa gentillesse et son accueil. Je recommande vivement ce lieux pour y passer un moment de détente en famille ou entre amis.

Superbe maison avec une vue magnifique sur fort boyard et l île d aix, chemins de randonnées pour marcher à proximité de la maison, pistes cyclables également. Seuls bémols la piscine froide la Deuxième semaine due sûrement à la baisse des températures le matin … et quelques équipements en panne ou manquants, la plaque de cuisson qui fonctionne à moitié heureusement que nous étions que 2, la Clim qui fuit obligé de vider un bac, manque également soit une balance de cuisine ou un verre doseur et un croque monsieur … quelques défauts qui ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix payé quand même. Mais très bon séjour et la personne qui gère la maison présent au cas où par message, très réactif.

La maison est non seulement magnifique mais en plus très bien équipée. Entièrement rénovée, avec piscine à débordement donnant sur l’océan, ce lieu unique constitue une excellente base pour découvrir la région, au calme et en même temps à proximité de nombreuses attractions. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par le concierge. A recommander sans réserve à toute famille avec de grands enfants où a des couples.
