Large single storey family home on 145sqm.
The day area consists of a large living / dining room surrounded by 4 large windows facing south and giving access to the terrace / pool (100 m²) and a large garden (400 m²).
The kitchen is open with a counter.
The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 toilets, a shower room with vanity unit as well as a bathroom with shower, double sink, double bath and a sauna for 4/5 people.
One of the rooms is equipped with a desk.
The equipment provided is as follows:
Kitchen: oven, microwave, 4 vitroceramic hotplates, kettle, 2 coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), toaster.
Living room: Flat screen TV and sound bar, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, VCR, Super Nintendo game console.

Ideally located 10km from the center of La Rochelle, Angoulins-sur-Mer faces the Pertuis d'Antioche delimited by the islands of Ré, Aix and Oléron.
It is bordering with the seaside resort of Châtelaillon-Plage.
The Rue de la Motte Grenet is close to the sea with several direct access to the beaches of Angoulins (300 m) and pedestrian and cycle paths connecting La Rochelle to Chatelaillon-Plage.
The village center is within walking distance (650m) and includes convenience stores (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy).
A Carrefour shopping center is less than 5 minutes' drive away.

By car you will take 20 minutes to reach the center of La Rochelle.
A bus stop is located 160 m (Stop Vaux Verts Lines 20) and connects the center of La Rochelle in 25 minutes and Châtelaillon-Plage in 13 minutes.
A TER also connects the Angoulins and La Rochelle stations.
The cycle paths of the seaside can reach the center of La Rochelle in about thirty minutes and Châtelaillon-Plage in less than 10 minutes.

Fabulous villa
Fabulous spacious villa and pool really enjoyed our time there everything we needed was available from the kitchen to the bedrooms the outside area was especially good with an electric sun shade over the dining area which was handy as it was in the thirties. the arena the villa is located is very quiet but not to far away from the village center overall it is the perfect location for touring around

Easter week at Angoulins
My family and I have enjoyed a really lovely week in this great house. The property is very well equipped very comfortable and has everything you could need. There’s plenty of space for everyone and the kids appreciate the WiFi. It was very easy to find and thanks to Kevin the caretaker we soon felt at home. One of the best things for me was that you don’t really need a car when you’re there. The local shops and bar are only a few minutes walk away and the big supermarket is just a short cycle away. The area is really great for cycling and I recommend going up to La Rochelle by bike and enjoying a long lunch. There are also plenty of restaurants to be found in the other direction towards Chatillion plage. I am sure that we will be back as there’s so much that we still have to see in the area. I recommend a visit to Rochfort to the naval museum and a trip to Ile de Re to the world heritage site is a good day out.

État de propreté de la maison
Le séjour s’est bien passé, maison agréable dans un environnement calme. Le point négatif est la propreté. Le ménage est imposé et facturé 100 € lors de la location. Quand nous avons pris possession des lieux, les vitres étaient sales, les poignées de meubles de cuisine et les portes collantes, la lèche frite du four non nettoyée… Nous avons été obligés de faire le ménage nous-mêmes en arrivant pour pouvoir passer des vacances avec des conditions d’hygiène acceptable !!! La gérante de la location nous a expliqué que son personnel n’avait pas le temps de nettoyer à fond le samedi à cause du nombre d’arrivées, Cela n’est tout bonnement pas entendable pour les vacanciers qui ont payé 100 € !!! Il serait préférable pour le propriétaire de changer de prestataire ou de laisser le choix aux vacanciers de faire eux-mêmes le ménage en fin de séjour.

De belles vacances !!!
Durant la dernière quinzaine de juin 2021, nous avons pu profiter de cette belle et grande villa toute équipée avec un beau jardin arboré, une terrasse et une piscine très agréables et un sauna pour compléter les moments de détente. Idéalement située pour profiter des beaux lieux qu'offre la Charente Maritime (La Rochelle, île de Ré et île d'Oléron notamment), elle est également située dans un charmant village avec tout les commerces nécessaires au quotidien et d'une grande surface à moins de 5 minutes. Je tiens également à signaler la disponibilité du propriétaire pour répondre aux différentes questions et demandes à la fois lors de la préparation de notre séjour mais également lors de notre présence au sein de la villa. Mooie woning, maar niet schoon
De woning was zeer smerig bij aankomst. Vuilnisbakken waar maaien uit kruipen. Toiletten niet schoon. Aan de eigenaar gemeld. Er zou iemand komen en het geld voor schoonmaakkosten terug ontvangen. Beide is niet gebeurd. Er waren ook defecten aan de woning. Deze zijn netjes gemeld, maar niet opgelost. Jammer, kost veel geld, maar heeft ook veel ergernis opgeleverd, vooral omdat afspraken niet zijn nagekomen of uitgevoerd.

Maison au top! Tant la deco que le côté fonctionnel! Bien située : 500 mètres de la plage. Le bruit des vagues s entendent du jardin! La description de la maison correspond à la réalité! Schöne Villa am Meer
Schöne Villa mit guter Lage. Netter gepflegter Garten mit Pool, den wir leider nicht nutzen konnten, da es oft geregnet hat und es zu kalt war. Die Küchenausstattung ist hervorragend. Das Haus hat elektrische Jalousien und einen Parkplatz am Haus. Das Internet ist schnell. Das Bad hat sogar eine Sauna.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen. Wir haben noch einige Sachen zu bemängeln, die nicht so gravierend sind, aber erwähnenswert: Es gibt nur wenige Tassen oder Kaffeebecher, es gibt nur eine Liege, der Sonnenschirm ist auch nicht mehr der jüngste und eine neue Kaffeemaschiene wäre schön.

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans la maison de Guilhem : une belle maison, spacieuse, offrant un jardin et une belle piscine. On s'y sent relativement bien ! Quelques déconvenues nuancent toutefois notre enthousiasme suite au descriptif de l'annonce : un ménage perfectible ; une piscine pas très chauffée (23°) ; un parasol défectueux à la place d'un store-banne pour une terrasse exposée plein sud ; un seul transat (1 chilienne et 2 poufs... : pas très adaptés à la détente aux abords de la piscine. 4 transats dans l'annonce) ; une forte mauvaise odeur de canalisation dans le cellier et la petite sdb... Ce qui me gêne le plus, c'est que selon l'agence Orpi, ces signalements étaient connus du propriétaire. Des révélations faites lors de l'état des lieux de sortie. J'espère toutefois que nos remarques permettront à Guilhem d'améliorer sa location car la maison a du potentiel et les environs sont à découvrir. Guilhem a toutefois eu un geste commercial en guise de compensation (2 nuits offertes pour une hôte supplémentaire - le passage de ma soeur dans la région). Les documents et guide de bienvenue étaient appréciables et recensent toutes les bonnes adresses.
