Beach house on Ilha Grande (Boat optional)<br>

Beautiful house, has 5 bedrooms and 4 with air conditioning, one with fan. House with spectacular sea view. The house has a large balcony on the first floor, kitchen (fridge and freezer), laundry room with washing machine, pantry, 2 bathrooms, dining room, TV room, 1 bedroom with air conditioning, barbecue and Intex pool. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms and a master suite with balcony and another 3 bedrooms, 2 with air conditioning, we also have on this floor another bathroom and a tv room. The house has its own power generator, for use in case of power failure, is fully equipped with furniture, appliances, 2 kayaks and buoy to pull on the boat, if you choose the motorboat.
Optional 1: 26ft speedboat
You have the option of adding to our rental our included sailboat, a 26 foot runner (capacity for 10 people) available for tours and activities in the area, the gasoline is left to the lessor. Daily on request with the owner.
Optional 2: We have another large island house next door which has capacity for 7 more people. Daily on request with the owner.

a nossa chegada na ilha foi tranquilha, alugamos um fasboat para o translado e levamos tudo pois ficamos sabendo que la nao tem uma mercearia ou mercadinho para comprar algo. o lugar é lindo, calmo e os nativos sao muito receptivos. tem um restaurante ao lado muito bom só o preço que é um pouco salgado, nao tem muita opção. tem uma moça na ilha que faz pão caseiro e bolo a vizinha do lado tem o numero dela. A casa tem uns caiaque que sao otimos para dar uma volta pela praia de aguas tranquilhas. A casa é lida e muito aconchegante a cozinha é muito equipada. resumindo o lugar é maravilhoso totalmente longe de bagunça.

A estadia foi muito boa, porem enfrentamos um problema com falta de agua logo que chegamos que foi resolvido rapido pelo caseiro, mas os chuveiros nos quartos de cima só funcionaram no dia de ir embora. Tirando isso, o lugar é perfeito pra descansar e aproveitar a natureza.

Passei 4 dias nesse paraíso! A casa é maravilhosa, tem muito espaço, possui ar condicionado, camas confortáveis, churrasqueira, eletrodomésticos funcionando, tudo novo e limpo! Estivemos eu e meu grupo na casa no final de março e nos apaixonamos por absolutamente tudo! A casa tem 5 quartos, sendo todos com ar condicionado e bem amplos. tem 2 salas bem amplas também, 4 banheiros , sala externa com churrasqueira onde passamos a maior parte dos nossos dias lá! A cozinha tem todos os utensílios que precisamos. A impressão que temos é que a casa foi toda reformada recentemente! Mas, a melhor parte sem dúvida é a casa estar a 3 metros da água. Sem falar da Praia da longa, onde a casa fica. Super calma, mar calminho, clarinho e quentinho, o povo que mora ali é super caloroso e cordial . Voltarei várias vezes, pois minha experiência não poderia ser melhor !

Por 3 vezes já estive no imóvel. Local deslumbrante praia tranquila e transparente, casa confortável com otimas intalaçoes e o pessoal que aluga é super bacana, prestando sempre um bom atendimento. Alugamos essa casa no meio do ano e foi maravilhoso! Não tinha como ser melhor. A casa tinha tudo que precisávamos, super confortável, é muito próxima ao mar, são três passos do portão da casa até o mar. O mar é calmo e a água é quente. As crianças amaram, e ninguém queria saber de ir embora. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes naquele paraíso.

Fomos em um grupo de 22 pessoas, e sobrou espaço. O caseiro é um cara excepcional. Total liberdade. O local é MARAVILHOSO. E o melhor é que fica pertinho da lagoa verde. Muito sensacional!!!
