Falam que o hotel esta para fechar !

Como acham que eh passar um final de semana (Pestana Angra) com serviços péssimos, visão de abandono e todas as desculpas dos funcionários eram: desculpa, mas o hotel vai fechar no final do mês. Posso listar alguns pontos que podem julgar se Pestana tem esse padrão. 1 - Nunca ninguém no bar 2 - Banheiro do restaurante com as luzes desligadas o final de semana inteiro e ninguém conseguiu ligar 3 - Toalhas nao disponibilizadas na piscina e na praia ... tinha que pegar na recepção, local muito longe dos 2 lugares 4 - Cardápio de jantar que se repete na sexta e sábado ... alem da sobremesa ser sorvete tipo kibon ou um dedo de pudim de leite. 5 - Piscina nao cheia totalmente e suja 6 - Cadeiras da piscina sujas 7 - Falta de manutencao no deck 8 - Jacuzzi do quarto sem uma coberta. Como fica na proximidade de arvores, tive que investir um bom tempo na limpeza 9 - O prato kids nao poderia ser servido no domingo, pois tinha acabado a massa 10 - cafe da manha - que paes sao aqueles ... o mel, nao tinha um sache que nao estivesse pedrificado e por ai vai. No domingo tomei cafe na cidade. ... e mais inumeros detalhes. Vale a pena dirigir ate Angra para passar 2 dias assim > Ate o rapaz do aluguel do barco disse que o hotel estava fechando. Se esta fechando, fechem logo. Att.

Deixou a desejar!!!

O hotel está numa área maravilhosa bangalos incrustados na mata atlantica mas deixa a desejar nos itens manutenção, limpeza e treinamento da equipe apesar de todos serem muito atenciosos e carinhosos conosco, as toalhas são velhas e meio acabadas, a entrada do meu quarto estava sempre suja, o hotel está precisando de pintura e recomposição de portas nos quartos, por três vezes meu marido foi tomar banho e o aquecedor havia sido desligado, uma vez a toalha de rosto estava esgarçada nas pontas. O hotel em geral precisa de pintura e uma adequação das instalações pois parece tudo bem antigo.

fim de semana com sonoterapia parte 1

O quarto é grande, mas com ar condicionado que derrama água no chão. A jacuzzi não tem indicação onde se liga. A água é amarela, comprada de carro pipa (sic), com cheiro muito ruim. Na varanda, não tem rede de descanso. Iluminação fraca em todo o aposento (dentro e fora). Televisão ótima com canais variados. As toalhas são pequenas e de baixa qualidade. São deixadas 02 toalhas de banho e 01 rosto e 01 tapete. Creio que pelo n° de estrelas viria a calhar toalhas banhão, macias, 02 tolhas de rosto e mãos e mais tapetes pq fica muito molhado a saída do box, do vaso sanitário e a entrada no quarto (caso se use a jacuzzi). Ventilador de teto muito barulhento, faz pouco vento e muito sujo. Tivemos que passar por curto circuito da luminária e torresmo de mosquito na lâmpada. O site mostra uma plataforma flutuante com cadeiras e guarda-sol, mas nada havia, como tb fica muito distante da praia; para chegar lá exige estar em excelente forma. A praia é ótima, com poucos lugares de repouso exclusivo, sem interfone para chamar o garçom e solicitar bebida ou comida: o hóspede tem que subir as escadas e ir até lá. A parte náutica conta com uma canoa furada, dois caiaques individuais quem vai, em casal e quer andar de caiaque sozinho? ATT Ana Lúcia e Antonio Cláudio

A fuir !!!

5 nuits dans cet hotel pour clôturer notre sejour de 13 nuits. Une catastrophe, mais surtout une belle arnaque car seule la vue sur la baie est en ligne avec celle du site internet. Autrement, il n'y a pas de restaurant "a la carte" mais simplement un petit buffet infame avec CHAQUE soir le meme menu qui n'a rien de gastronomique (de la salade, du poulet, un poisson, riz, pomme de terre/frites et des pates a la bolognese) Le spa est ferme. Les chambres sont EXTREMEMENT vieilles et sales!! Des trous dans les draps de lit, serviette de bain pas tres blanche, une clim tres tres bruillante que l'on doit eteindre afin de dormir. Les tuiles du banglow qui tombent. Un staff sans qualification !! Une vraie deception et un horrible souvenir. MERCI BEAUCOUP !!' Hotel a fuir ...

Vale a pena !

O Hotel é muito privativo, a decoração é perfeitamente integrada com a natureza, assim como as áreas construídas. As praias são um charme, assim como toda a costa verde. No Pestana temos a garantia de descanso, relax e boa comida. Meu único senão , no entanto, é a falta de opções mais baratas no cardápio, quando, por exemplo, o hóspede quer simplesmente beliscar ou fazer um lanche em vez de almoçar ou jantar. O cardápio deveria ser mais desmembrado e não fechado em um pacote de opções. O referido pacote nem é caro para quem quer fazer uma boa refeição,mas no caso de um lanche os preços são inviáveis. No café da manhã faltam opções de pães e a conservação do Hotel não é das melhores.Mas como um todo, o Hotel supera estas deficiências.É muito agradável e a região é belíssima!

Um paraíso relaxante

Foram dois dias sensacionais, onde descansamos e aproveitamos as instalações do hotel numa praia privativa. A única coisa que me decepcionou foi receber um tratamento diferenciado (leia-se inferior) por parte dos funcionários do restaurante por não ter fechado nenhum passeio de lancha ou escuna com eles.

Excellent hotel and staff!!!!

We arrived very late at night and had some problems communicating as we only spoke English. After we got to our rooms the manager, who was very fluent in English, got out of bed and came to our rooms to check on us and help us get settled. The kitchen was closed but he had a cook come in to get us some food and visited with us. The next day he gave us a ride into town and showed us around. The whole staff was very friendly and professional. The bungalows, property, and views are beautiful and clean and the food was excellent! We were only there two nights but I could have stayed there a lot longer. Very peaceful and relaxing! The manager even helped make our stay in Sao Paulo enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I will definitely be staying here again if I make it back to Brazil....but for much longer. Thank you Pestana Angra!!

Excelente el lugar,falta calidad de servicio

El lugar es único, las playas son privadas, el agua es tibia y muy clarita, súper tranquilo, ideal para descansar, las habitaciones son muy grandes y cómodas. No es aconsejable para gente mayor o con dificultades motrices ya que es todo camino de subidas y bajadas incómodas para el traslado permanente. Falta mucha calidad de servicio, cuentan con poco personal y las instalaciones ni se encuentran en óptima conservación. Para comer es súper caro ya que cuesta 75 reales x persona más bebida y tax. Con lo cual hay que ir a un supermercado o restaurantes que quedan a 7 y 15 km respectivamente. La limpieza del complejo en general deja mucho que desear. El servicio de conserjería no está las 24 hs y también deja mucho que desear. Lugar increíble pero de mal servicio y falta de mantencion y calidad para el precio que se paga por el (600 reales x día habitación de luxe)

Gato por lebre - paguei qto luxo e recebi superior

Fiz a reserva de quarto luxo, e antes de efrtivar, entrei em contato com o hotel para confirmar a disponibilidade e o recepcionista Cristian confirmou a disponibilidade. Ao chegar no hotel fui informada por Marco Antonio que houve um problema no sistema e o quarto que eu havia reservado estava esgotado no hotel. Apos muita discusso o gerente Henrique nos ofereceu 2 refeicoes como cortesia. Ok, mas o quarto em que ficamos estava mal conservado, o servico é fraco e apesar da gastronomia ser muito boa, o cardapio quase todo esta indosponivel e existe muita demora em servir. Hotel necessita de uma reformulacao urgente, pois cobra preco 5 estrelas e entrega 2

Boa opcão

O melhor do hotel são seus bungalows. Isto pago nossa estadia. Muito conforto, linda decoração, boas camas, excelentes travesseiros, um banho excelente e com sauna no dentro. Excelente! O que deixa mala impressão é o jardim do hotel. Não tem boa manutenção. Melhoro ultimo dia. Penso que ao final do ano deve ser difícil arrumar pessoas para trabalhar em aquela região. Outro detalhe ruim é o SPA. Fica abandonado! Não é bom para um hotel desta categoria e bandeira. O café de manha foi bom mais poderia ser melhor. As frutas a vezes não estivem boas e faltou variedade em gral. A piscina e sua área precisam uma remoçada urgente e em geral a limpeza e uma oportunidade na área do restaurante (pratos, talheres, etc.) e lazer.
