Ilha Grande On a budget

We had to wait outside the Pousada for about an hour and a half for someone to turn up and let us in! Not a great start. The room was very basic old style. There was air conditioning but noisy. Only new thing was the tv but could find nothing in English so no use for us! It was in an ok location a few mins walk down to the front. It is a slight uphill walk back. Breakfast basic but ok. It does have WiFi but maybe not the strongest signalin the room.

O atendimento foi o ponto alto! Recebemos de brinde um late check-out até o horário de partida do nosso barco, 17:30h. Foi uma gentileza sem tamanho, que apreciamos muito! Além disso, a pousada é bem localizada, tem um bom café da manhã e atendentes muito simpáticos e prestativos.

Uma grande decepção!

Reservei a Pousada Telhado Azul baseada nas boas avaliações sobre o quesito limpeza. Entretanto, o que encontrei foram toalhas sujas e/ou manchadas e/ou mal lavadas. Em um dos dias, quando retornei de um passei verifiquei que não haviam trocado as toalhas, conforme eu havia solicitado pela manhã. Mesmo assim, desci e pedi ao funcionário que fizesse a troca. O funcionário ainda questionou, mas no fim acabou trocando a toalha. Quando cheguei no quarto pude verificar que a tolha estava manchada e/ou mal lavada. Além disso, o café da manhã deixou a desejar: bolo solado em todos os dias, margarina ao invés de manteiga, produtos (iogurte, doces, etc...) de má qualidade e má vontade em repor os produtos servidos.

Pousada bem localizada, bem próxima ao píer da vila, os funcionários sempre bem dispostos e sorridentes, solícitos, café da manhã gostoso, com muitas frutas frescas. O dono da pousada sempre presente, muito gentil e atencioso.
