Unfortunately, our stay was not as relaxing as we had hoped. I am currently temporarily disabled and had requested a room suitable for my mobility needs. Despite this, we were allocated a room that was a long distance from the amenities and located in an area of the property surrounded by construction works. The construction noise became so disruptive that we eventually requested to be moved. The staff were genuinely lovely and did their best to assist, which we appreciated. However, throughout our stay we experienced multiple issues, including water outages, leaks inside the room, broken air conditioning, and coffee machines that were frequently out of service at breakfast. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the number of maintenance and operational problems significantly impacted our experience. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on our stay.

The beach is very beautiful! The hotel needs some updates in the rooms, the food somewhat repetitive but it was a good stay, hotel is located about 2 1/2 hours from Rio, but it’s definitely worth the visit

I did not realize this was primarily a family resort with lots of kids. The beach was lovely and there were lots of chairs--but there were no areas to escape all the kids. the food was marginal. we would not stay here again nor would I recommend to anyone other than a family.

Gostei muito do quarto que fiquei. Cama King e o banheiro com cuba dupla hidromassagem.

Raramente vc come algo quente. Sofrível serviço all inclusive.

A piscina é grande.
