"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. After a hectic and crowded cruise, we sought respite here, and it provided our family with a chance to unwind. The hotel was predominantly inhabited by locals, Italians, which added to its authentic charm. Bracciano, a delightful Italian restaurant, was just a short (and steep) walk away, about thirty minutes. The hotel’s food was satisfactory. The rooms were clean and spacious, we opted for the family room. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. If you’re seeking a peaceful and comfortable getaway, this hotel is highly recommended. "

"the place is very clean,quiet .great place for family stay.good customer service.the reception lady will happily answer all your queries. it's a bit far from tourist area. Metro station is 2min walk which is a plus.it's at least 30 minutes from the center so plan accordingly .i think not many good restaurants around the place if you are picky eater . i will stay there if i visit the area again.great hospitality and family -friendly "

"We were 11 people aged 6-68 who stayed for over a week in the Villa. Everyone except the grandfather wants to come back to the Villa. The grandchildren gave the Villa 8.5. Their parents gave the Villa 8. Grandma and Grandpa, who are more snobbish, gave the Villa 5 (out of 10 possible). The tennis court and outdoor play area were great (8-10). We thought the pool was heated but it wasn't - that was our mistake and at this time of year it was too cold for general use. All our children were happy and the purpose of the trip was therefore achieved."

"A stop on the via Francigena to room my room was in a block across the yard from hotel where the first floor appeared to be an apartment. Room very modern good WiFi but no hot water at four in the afternoon I needed a shower after a 23km walk. Didn’t have breakfast as wanted to be on the road in the morning. "

"I never complain so this review is a first for me. Room was gross, bed was awful, noisy room, jerk evening staffer told me no a/c needed in October when I complained about it not working, mugginess nearly dripping off the walls, no bathroom vent. Quite possibly the biggest dump I ever stayed at. Motel 6 would be considered a luxury hotel compared to this one. Make sure you’re up on your tetanus shots if you stay here."
