"We had a terrible experience. This property is not managed 24h. The owner comes by only when it's needed. Their check-in time is 4 pm and the owner told us the reception closes at 4:30 pm which gave us 30 min window to check-in. We had to rush to get the keys. She told us she would leave her contact information and useful links for the property to our phone and email but we never received it. "We enjoyed our stay here - the staff answered messages quickly, and the room although basic had everything needed for a few nights stay including a small well equipped kitchen area (kettle, coffee machine, stove hob). Bathroom was small but perfectly useable. A bit more information about the area would be useful but that's what the internet is for. Check in was via a coded key pick up. The location is about 15 minutes walk from main areas of the town. "

"Had a wonderful time at Sandika Apartments in Koutouloufari! What a fantastic find! Clean, excellent facilities, easy communication, almost felt like we had our own pool as it was always quiet and easy to get a sunbed! Perfect location in such a beautiful village with lots of bars and excellent restaurants on our doorstep. Highly recommend! "

"The cons: First of all there is no sign on the key box to indicate which is for Pananos sq II. Secondly the flight of stairs is steep to carry young children after arriving on a night flight. I suggest if you have kids under 6 yrs old do not stay here. The car parking was a nightmare. The pros: great apartment comfortable everything was clean and kids had lots of room to move around. The friendly grocer is just below the apartment they helped us find the key box and they gave my kids some free...

"A lot of ants inside the room. We needed to pay for the air conditioning 8€ per day which is not in the description. We stayed 3 days and the day after we asked for towels change then they said they change towels every 2 days. After 2 days we asked for new towels then I had to hear that i got only 1 day left before check out and they don’t charge towels when we got only 1 day left. Really weird rules. "
