The room was spacious and perfectly clean. The location is very convenient, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and bars. The staff was very polite and helpful. We recommend the breakfast as there was a good variety. This was our second stay and we plan to come back. Thank you for the room upgrade.

It is not a good place for US travelers! Staffs were rude, room was extremely hot and I could feel the smoke of cigarette everywhere even at my room!. This hotel should be categorized as 3 stars not 5.

Excellent location 2 minute walk to heart of Kavaklidere area of Ankara. Staff was exemplary. The breakfast and other meals were great. I had all my meals at the hotel, even though there are many rrstaurant choices in the area. My only complaint room was too warm, even for winter.

Excellent location. Hotel is modern and clean. Close to the centre of action. Staff could have been more accommodating and think outside the box. Arrived only 90min before check-in time and while room was understandably not get ready, check in staff were resistant to providing interim arrangements, such as Internet access. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, im Occidental Ankara zu übernachten, und es war eine absolut fantastische Erfahrung. Vom Moment meiner Ankunft an wurde ich herzlich empfangen und fühlte mich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den außergewöhnlichen Service und die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Teams. Ein besonderer Dank geht an den geschätzten Geschäftsführer Ali Bey, der mit seiner Professionalität und Gastfreundschaft den Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht hat. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel, stilvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl an köstlichen Speisen, die keine Wünsche offen lassen. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – zentral gelegen und gut erreichbar. Ich kann das Occidental Ankara jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf erstklassigen Service, Komfort und Gastfreundschaft legt. It's one of the best hotels for our trip. Very spacious room, comfortable, had all the amenities we needed! Valet parking, breakfast buffet, restaurant on-site. When we checked in, staff was smiling, but at dinner, breakfast, and getting our car, no warm greetings. But overall, loved our stay here!
