"Very run down rooms and old saggy beds with bright white lighting. The smell of cigarette smoke permeated the hotel. The air conditioning was on all the time but the room was still hot. It was ok for one night for the price but I would not rush back there."

"Not the best but thankfully I only stayed one night. AC has a loud squeaky sound to it and kept waking us up at night. Fridge isn’t clean with a but of mold in it. Water wouldn’t go down the drain during/ after shower so we basically showered in a puddle that took forever to go down the drain. Not to mention, I requested a baby crib because it says that they have that option free of charge but when I got to the room and asked for it they said that the people who asked for it before us broke it...

"We booked into the Boreas for our honeymoon. The staff were very helpful, and even upgraded us to a bigger room. However, this is where the trouble in paradise began. Even though we were upgraded, there were many things wrong. First of all the TV, although a smart TV has been deactivated due to “noise”. The showerhead was broken upon our arrival. Although an Internet came relatively swiftly, the next day to fix the issue. Even when we went to use the Jacuzzi, there was an awful egg smell coming...

"Das Hotel war leider schrecklich. Die Sauberkeit war sehr schlecht, und es gab an mehreren Stellen Schimmel. Wir haben uns dort sehr unwohl gefühlt. Besonders für Familien ist dieses Hotel meiner Meinung nach nicht zu empfehlen."
