Although there was a bathtub in the bathroom photographs of the room while i was booking, I was told that the bathtubs had been removed when checking in to the hotel.

Everything it was old! Need refurbishment, some light didn’t work. Also had problems with card to enter my room! Sometimes couldn’t able to enter my room and open lights! Had a good breakfast! Thanks!

Otel merkezi bir konumda, fotoğraflardaki kadar şık bir görüntüsü yok çünkü bütün eşyalar eskimiş ama fiyat performans olarak oldukça yeterli. Çalışanlar ilgili, kahvaltı güzel. Odalardaki klimalara dikkat etmek gerek.

İlk kez kaldığım bu otelde personelin yakın ilgi ve alakası güler yüzü otelin konumu sessizliği sakinliği Kızılaya yürüme mesafesinde oluşu odaların özellikle temizliği ile kesinlikle Ankara'ya geldiğimde mutlaka kalacağım bir otel.. Bu konfora otelin konumuna göre çok çok uygun bir otel. Yorumlar bazen beklentilere göre değişir kişilere göre değişir ben onlarca otelde kalmış biri olarak gözüm kapalı herkese TAVSİYE EDİYORUM Bizimle ilgilenen Murat beye ve Twins Boutique Hotele çok teşekkür ediyorum

Otel berbat bir oteldi. Fotoğraflardan çok lüks veya iyi durumda gözükmesine rağmen iş amaçlı eşimle beraber gitmiş olduğum yerde malesef çok kötü bir gün yaşadık. Odalarda balkon yok, odalarda sigara içilmiş sigara kullanmama rağmen odanın kokusunu beğenemedik. Kahvaltı açık büfe kahvaltı mevcut ama ta ki sütün içinde sinek göresiye kadardı sanırım ... Kahvaltı ne iyi ne de kötü orta derece iyi diyebilirim diğer kalmış olduğum otellere göre kahvaltı zayıf. Sabah krakon bir şeyler atıştırmalık yapayım dedim kahvaltı yapmak yerine ancak süt de sinek vardı temizlik zayıf. Otopark olarak konumu iyi diyebilirim. Otelin çok fazla tadilat ve yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Ankara'ya ilk defa geldim fiyatlar 1.500 ile 2800 arası çok uygun oteller bulunmakta bizde 1.800 TL ye tuttuk oteli fakat verdiğimiz paranın karşılığını alamadık. Çalışanlar gayet iyi ve iyimser yaklaşımları var onlardan yana bir sıkıntımız olmadı ama asansör olsun odalar olsun balkon olmaması odaların duvarlara sinen her yere sinen sigara dumanı olsun çok fazla yenileme ihtiyacı olacak bir otel. Konumu iyi olmasına rağmen yanlış bir şekilde hizmet veriliyor. Çalışanların yardımsever ilişkilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederim tekrardan.

Tercih etmeyin derim

Oteli odalarda klima var diye seçtim. Geçtiğim ilk oda da klima çalışmıyordu, size vantilatör verelim dediler ben klimada ısrar edince başka bir odaya geçtim fakat klimanın dış ünitesi çalışmadığı için hiçbir işe yaramıyordu mecbur vantilatör ile geceyi geçirdim. Ayrıca klimalı oda istediğimde resepsiyon daki beyefendinin "zaten en ucuz odayı almışsınız " demesi de efsane idi odaya sanki 1305 tl ödememişim gibi en ucuz odayı seçmişim. Ben odayı siteten buldum siteye bir kişilik oda diye yazdım onu verdi. Sanırım King Suit falan almamız lazım ki resepsiyonist beyefendi memnun olsun. Odalar güzel fakat çok eski herşey çok eski, kral Faysalın yeğeni dekorasyonunu yapmış sanırım çok şatafatlı gereksiz lüx belki zamanında alıcısı vardı fakat şimdi çok gereksiz. Sadece personeller -resepsiyonist bey hariç tabi ki- işlerini yapmaya çalışıyorlar. Ağar bir restorasyon ile otel hale yola gelir ama kim yapar o restorasyonu da kim bilir. Yani bu paraya bu otel çok pahalı ben konsoloslukta işim olduğu için yakın bir yer olsun diye seçmiştim fakat pişman oldum. Saygılar

Tupakan haju tuli ulkoa terassilta huoneeseemme. Naapurihuoneiden ovien avaukset ja kiinnipanot häiritsivät. Sänky liian lyhyt. Huone kylmä, ilmalämpöpumppu ei toiminut. Parivuoteessa kahdelle vain yksi peitto ilman lakanaa. Pyydettäessä lisäpeittio ja lakanat. Pyyhkeitä ei vaihdettu 3 päivän aikana. Siivousta ei, kerran tyhjennettiin roskakori. Aamiainen sama joka aamu, ei kahvia, ei jugurttia, ei pähkinöitä, liia yksipuolinen Hotellin sijainti hyvä , henkilökunta hyvä
