Pool hours are rediculous 10-6. Check in is at 4 so once you get settled there’s no window to use pool on day of check in. Check out us 11 so if pool opens at 10 that window is just about closed as well. I will add that the front desk staff were courteous and pleasant.

"Absolutely amazing!! Female solo traveler. There is a store right across the street with cheap beer and liquor. But if not the hotel literally sells everything you need. Jacquisse & miora are the best staff you have. Very knowledge and English is great. We had many girl time talks and they’re hilarious. ..."

"The room we received was very dusty and not clean. There was no electricity except for specific time at night. No hot water at all in any of the rooms I was told. Safe was broken and unusable. The pool water was muggy and you could barely see a few inch into it. It was unusable."
