"Unfortunately, our overall experience was quite disappointing. We were a group of 4 senior citizens, and despite informing the property multiple times in advance over the phone that we re going to be 4 senior citizens, we were still allotted rooms on the first floor in a property with no lift facility. This was extremely inconvenient and could have easily been avoided with better planning and communication from the property.
