With no staff intervention or security personnel present, we spent a frightening night feeling unsafe and anxious in our room. Adding to our misery: Room service took over an hour, the actual property looks nothing like the photos, and constant power cuts with inadequate cooling made sleep impossible. If you value your safety and peace of mind, AVOID this place. The complete absence of management during threatening situations makes this property particularly dangerous for families and solo travelers.
