The bed was clean and no bed bugs was nice, but not a repeat place I'd stay. Not well maintained, missing conveniences listed, just didnt look the pictures posted. Lots of broken things, missing smoke detector, broken doors, shower. Didnt feel the safest

Was traveling and it was easy access from Rt 23 and very quiet. If traveling in that area would stay there again.

Building very outdated, pool ice cold, shower water so hot you couldn't let it touch your skin and no way to adjust it. Very limited breakfast. Mixture of smoke and mildew smell throughout building.

This hotel is shady and I would warn people to stay away. We had an Expedia reservation and we showed up around 8 PM to check into our room and found out that they had given our room away because it was a “busy weekend”. Thankfully, they had a suite that we could stay in that night, but it was dirty, stains on the sheets, a tiny sofa bed that my two adult children had to squeeze into. The following night we moved into another room, which was better. The next morning, the hotel tried to tell me that the refund they had promised me the night before (for switching into that room) would no longer be issued. After talking to the manager who said he would then issue it, I still haven’t seen it in my credit card activity. We shall see. I would never stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was frozen waffles and a step down from normal hotels. Good thing there is a Bob Evan’s across the street! It is a good location for visiting U of M - that is the only nice thing I can say about this hotel.

This property is the total opposite of the website, it’s dirty old, damaged rooms, paint blemishes mold in bathroom and dirty quilting. Reached out for refund and they denied. Please do not support this place

The window panes were broken, the bathroom switch made a very loud noise, the hallway smelled of stale tobacco but the bed was comfortable. Vending machines did not work.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The carpet was dirty and paint drippy. Our room door had to be lifted up to force it closed room 124. The bed was clean and the high ceilings were very cool.

Stay elsewhere

Our room did not have a refrigerator (there was an empty space in the cabinet where it belonged), the toilet ran loudly almost the entire time, the was lotion and conditioner but no shampoo and the floor was dirty. This is the only one star review I’ve ever left, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Its only good quality was that the staff was pleasant.

Very unhappy

Upon arrival there was not any toilet paper in the room and the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. No one came to my room to check for towels my entire stay. I arrived back to my room around midnight on my last night and traveling alone I was concerned someone else was in my room so I checked everywhere and then under the bed. It had clearly not been cleaned because there was garbage, perfume and a diabetic insulin pen with a needle under it.

Don’t stay here

I reserved a room with 2 beds. They gave us a room with 1 bed, said that’s all they had. No knob on the bathroom door. Locks on the main entry door were broke.

Would not stay here again

First room we were given was not clean, looked like someone else was staying in it. Carpet was worn and stained everywhere. Second room felt shabby although the bed seemed to have clean sheets. In the morning I went to use the microwave and it seemed to have a food ‘explosion’ inside it Very dirty.
