"Hotel Indigo is always a nice stay and this one was no different… with 2 service exceptions. First of all the rooms at this location (I’ve stayed multiple times) are always clean, comfortable and the amenities match the price you pay. The bartender was friendly and made solid drinks. My 2 service issues… 1. I declined housekeeping so on night 2 I gathered my dirty towels and took them down to the front desk to exchange for some clean ones. The front desk worker gave me clean ones no problem but instead of taking the dirties he made me take them back to my room (6th floor) and leave them outside my door for morning housekeeping to handle. Not only was it hard for me to do since I was now holding the clean towels, but I thought it was tacky to have my dirty towels in their hallway all night…. 2. Hotel Indigo offers complimentary bottles of water in the room, upon checkout my wife needed to take some medicine she had forgotten so I asked for a bottle of water and was told no but I could purchase one for $3.25, over $400 spent on a room (plus bar purchases) and I couldn’t have a complimentary bottle of water…. "
