This is a great place for a couple or small family. Beach access about a block away then 2 blocks up the path to get to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve seen, Bean Point. Great for sunsets and fishing. I’m sure we’d book this property again!

Very clean, nicely appointed and comfortable. Everything we needed for a great stay! Pool was great after a day at the beach, once we got the hang of the alarm on the door out to the pool! The people at the office were very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Just right for two

This is a small but well appointed home, perfect for the 2 of us. A short walk to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. We needed a few minor things fixed at the start of our stay and the property manager was immediately responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but would like to point out a few things that would make it even better, especially for visitors who fly in.1. Toilet paper -- not the easiest thing to pack and it would have been nice to have 2 rolls, not one per bathroom.2. Condiments -- again, not the easiest to pack.3. Since this is a duplex rental, you do hear the people in the other rental. Not that it was a bad thing but would have been nice to know.4. While we didn't use them, we appreciated the beach towels that were there.5. We did use the beach chairs, which was a nice touch.6. The free t-shirt was nice and we appreciated the heads up for an early arrival. This is the first time this has happened and it really matters to us! Thank you. Please don't take any of these comments negatively as we would consider renting the same unit again if only the two of us are vacationing.Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was exactly as expected. Very clean. Great location. Quiet neighborhood. A few comments: The front door is difficult to unlock and open, especially when we arrived in the dark. Also, we could have used better storage in the bathroom. Maybe a few hooks on the wall. A dresser in the bedroom would also help.

Quiet one bedroom near Bean Point

We enjoyed the quiet location conveniently near Bean Point. The place is clean and comfortable with a small private pool and patio. Not far from Pine Avenue shops. The only drawback is the shared laundry in an outside shed, but we used it without any inconvenience. There was a renter in the adjoining unit, but we never heard them (or any of the other neighbors) the entire week we were there.

Great Little Gem

My husband and I stayed at Anna Cabana B in October 2023 for 2 weeks. Lovely little house with plenty of room for just the two of us. Well equipped and nicely furnished house. Great pool and outdoor area. House was clean and plenty of pots pans utensils etc in the kitchen. Also a great location on the north of the island – short walk to beach and to Rod and Reel Pier. Met the lovely owners who were staying next door and they replaced the dining chairs whilst we were there. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

October 2023

Lovely property, perfectly located for beaches and only a short walk to the peer for a beer - literally 5 minutes. Could do with being a tiny bit better stocked - plastic boxes for lunch packs, a cool box, but all the essentials are there including beach chairs and buggy. We will come again :-)

Spring Break in April 2025

We were grateful to find Anna Maria Island in operating order after such hurricane devastation. Those affected have worked hard and are still working. so many businesses are open!Cabana B was ready to go. It was perfect for my husband and I. The pool was wonderfully warm. The space was very clean, plenty of towels, new(er) appliances, comfy bed and furniture. We rented a golf cart for a day and zoomed all over checking out this beautiful Island. Our favorite place to eat is the Starfish Co in Cortez, we also thoroughly enjoyed the Sandbar, Ugly Grouper, Wicked Cantina and Hometown bakery for sweets and coffee. Hope to come back to AMI with our family next time!! Thank You!

Not bad

The place is cute and you have your own pool. When we arrived someone left a towel with human crap and hair also popsicle sticks everywhere. Couch and bed super uncomfortable couch felt like sitting on stack of jeans and bed felt like it was on an angle. Belive it or not id rent this location again. Its cute and well maintaned these issues were obviously 1 offs. This place is very plain outside nothing special.

We had a great time

We really loved this property. The pool was so nice for days we didn’t feel like walking to the beach but still wanted to cool off. I do wish the pool had a pump running because we constantly had to scoop bugs out of the water, but overall that’s a minor inconvenience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. We had a lot of our meals at home. The mattress was new and delivered the day we checked in, but it’s pretty hard. It might be beneficial to put a mattress topper on it to make it softer, but we were so tired at the end of every day that we slept fine. The house is only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall I would definitely recommend this property.

Our 3rd time staying at Anna Cabana B. It's perfect for my daughter and me. Love the wagon to take our things to the beach, which is about a 10 minute walk. Rented bikes to enjoy the area and ride to Pine Ave to shop and also to the Sandbar. Hope to go back and stay at Anna Cabana!

Its a nice quiet location on the island. Close to Bean Pointe Beach, but more than 2 blocks to walk. The pool was very nice. The bed wasn't comfortable. Its so low, almost on the floor, I made my back hurt. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain. The couch is a old pull-out, and is worn out. My 3 dislikes could be fixed to make it so much better. The island is amazing. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and beaches. Plenty of activities to do also. Great place to spend time.

This small duplex was perfect for a couple and in the best location. The north side is quiet and surrounded by beauty. The pool was perfect for end of day relaxation, but the neighbors duplex window is right above this pool so not really private. All in all great place and very well taken care of.

Place was nice and clean. The pool was nice. The beach cart was nice, but the beach umbrella and chairs were in poor shape (unusable) and not stored well or cared for. I thought it was strange that prior purchases such as trash bags, salt, pepper and paper towels were not to be left for the next renter. It forces everyone visiting to purchase added supplies that they can’t take home. The bed set low on the floor. Two of us both bumped our legs on the footboard corners. A taller bed would have been nicer.
