About this property

Shell We Dance? Charming Bungalow with Fabulous Location and Private Pool!

  • Like so many homes on Anna Maria Island, our home was severely flooded. Professional photos are coming, but until they are in, we thought you may enjoy a sneak peek!
We made a few needed changes in the floor plan, and believe it is at its best ever! We cannot thank those who reached out to us and wished us well, and those understanding guests whose vacations were upended by the storm and its toll on our humble home. It is with much gratitude that we thank you for your kindness, understanding, prayers, and love. Shell We Dance is back and better than EVER!!
Sweet vintage 1950's bungalow/cottage with all the charm of the island! Beautifully decorated, fully fenced back yard with private pool, (second building is the original garage where bikes and beach gear are stored). Located on the island's much sought after north end, it is a short walk to Bean Point Beach, Bay Front Beach and Park. Crystal clear waters of the gulf, white sands, and island breezes await!

2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Cozy living room with queen sized foldout sofa, screened in lanai, kitchen, and laundry room. With full sized washer and dryer included in the home and complimentary bikes to explore the island. Other items at the home for your use during your stay are beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs, a cart to roll all your gear to the beach, and pack-n-play for baby. Many accoutrements included!

Relax, unwind, and dance like no-one is watching!

We absolutely loved this house and will be back again! The decoration is very cute and the home has many details that you notice that lots of love has been put into it. Literally 1 block from the beach, the location is perfect! They have bikes and beach gear available which was a plus. Beds were very comfortable; the kitchen had everything you need, even coffee pods! We also loved the pool and surroundings.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this charming house. From the very moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the lovingly designed and high-quality interior. Every little detail makes you feel like you’ve entered a true “home away from home.”The location is simply unbeatable — within minutes, you can enjoy both breathtaking sunrises and sunsets on this beautiful island. The pool area, especially with the lovely Adirondack chair, is perfect for relaxing, and even beach chairs and a BBQ are provided. In one word: wonderful. A place where you immediately want to stay longer and simply enjoy every moment.Thank you for letting us be your guests!

Cute beach home close to Bean Pointe! This was our second time staying at this property. This home was perfect before, but has only gotten better with recent renovations after the hurricane in '24. The property is exceptionally clean and functional. You will love the pool and one of our favorite spots was the screened in lanai! The owners are incredibly responsive and they have a great team that manages their property!

Overall great

Loved the location and the property. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was the construction of a new house right behind the property. The workers had a view of our whole backyard. So when we were in the pool, they a clear view of us.
