The location of this rental was perfect. Close to Pine ave and the general store, within walking distance to both the pier and the gulf side beaches. My only complaint with amenities was the pool closed at sunset and we would have like to be able to use it after dark on the weekend.

Our stay at Sunrise !!

Location was Excellent ! short walk to small but pleasant beach! Pool and pool area was amazing ! Very quiet and casual place to stay...convenient parking attached to property. Easy contactless check-in.

Would stay again!

Great location, easy walk to the beach. The pool was peaceful, and each room has a nice private outdoor area. Room was nice, but the bedroom was warm without a ceiling fan. We ended up buying a small portable fan. Towels in the room are all that you get - expect to wash them if you need clean ones. Also expect to buy more toilet paper if you run out. Overall great!

Last time

Arrived at 345pm. Met 2 guys in lot. Asked where office was? They said "For?"... i responded the obvious... to check in. They said the office was off site and check in wasnt until 430? And asked if i recieved the email. I never received any email from this property. Only message was from hotels.com stating office was open 9till 5. If arriving later..to call. This wasnt the best start. But room was nice and spacious. Near inland water and pier. Approx half mile + walk to beach. And no parking allowed near hotel location for beach. The toaster didnt work. One remote for 2 tvs. Microwave could not finish 3 min for bag of popcorn. Over heats and doesnt work till cools off. Main concern is we got an upstairs room. Not exactly pool side. #14. Approx 16 steps up. The outside light did not work and it is at the end where there are no other lights. Very very dark and Very dangerous. I called and requested a new bulb after first night. We stayed 2 more nights and still wasnt fixed. If there was a deeper issue...they should have moved us. And should have called us to explain. Impossible to see at night. Easy fall situation. This in it self would steer me away from staying here again. Poor management. Lack of guest safety concern.

Property was decent. They had a contactless check in. Everything was was in a envelope outside the front office. Our room was like a one bedroom apartment. There wasn’t good lighting at night around the property. Check was also contact less. You clean up yourself. Take the old linens and towels to the laundry room and trash out. Then drop keys in a drop box by the. Front office.

Great place for a get away.

This was a great location, comfortable and very private. We had a simple and problem free late checkin. The condo was spotless clean, plenty of items in the kitchen for meals, a patio and heated pool. You could walk to two different beaches and many locations to eat or shop. Could use an upgrade on the mattress but still nice quite sleep.

There were cracked tiles in the shower & the hot water took a long time to arrive. The fridge was noisy. All a bit scruffy.

Beautiful and relaxing!

We have stayed here several times and will always return. The room is comfortable with everything you need, the pool area is lovely and peaceful, and there are exquisite beaches short blocks away. A paradise if you like gorgeous beaches and fine white sand!

I love your place. Cozy and just the right size. Good bed and the HVAC system was quiet. And nobody bothered us!

We enjoyed our stay The room was well equipped and the pool area was very nice. Only thing that wasn’t good was the a/c unit was very noisy. It was in the bedroom closet and you could hear it draining when it would shut off.

Close enough to everything to be within walking distance yet in its own little area so as to be a nice quiet place. 16 units, quiet time between 9pm to 7 am. Spacious rooms, kitchens with full size fridge. Toasters pots and pans, coffee pot iron blow dryer, iron ironing board., dvd player, TV in living rofom and bed room, we felt like we were in a little apartment. Free washer and dryer.
